Literally the best Gyro ever and the owners are so nice. It's a great comfort after a night of drinking.

I do recommend making a reservation as they can be pretty slammed on Fridays/weekends. The Srirachi wings had a nice crunch to them while still keeping the chicken juicy inside. It would've been nice to have an even amount of wings to drumsticks though, as I like flats more, but thats just a personal preference. The crabmeat fried rice was amazing, a really good portion of chunks of crabmeat mixed in so each spoonful had some. The duck curry was a "Grandma's special" so a much bigger portion and cost - but reasonable. The duck wasnt dry and had a good flavor throughout, not relying on the curry to give taste. The curry also had a hint of sweetness to it which complements the greasiness of the duck. The papaya salad felt very refreshing - we got it at level one as to not overpower our taste buds with all the other food. I did get some chili pepper on the side to add in later. My one recommendation is having Thai peppers as an option instead of dried chili flakes. I much prefer the taste of fresh Thai pepper to add the extra heat. The mango sticky rice is always a favorite. The mango is soft and ripe, the right amount of sweetness. They also mix pandan in with the sticky rice for a more impactful umami (Im also a big advocate for pandan in desserts).

They were stuffed with curry chicken and potato and had great flavor. The Tom Kha soup was another standout for me. The coconut milk and lemongrass broth was flavorful, with plenty of vegetables and chicken. I also tried the salmon in a basket, which was definitely something different. I would have enjoyed it more if it wasn't spicy, but that's just my personal preference. My daughter ordered the curry shrimp skewers, crab fried rice, and crispy whole fried fish. The crispy fish was good, and we both enjoyed the crab fried rice. It had good flavor, but at $37, I personally didn't think it was $37 good. That was probably the biggest disappointment for us in terms of value. Overall, the service was good and the ambiance was dimly lit with beautiful decor throughout, we enjoyed trying different dishes and the food had some really good flavors. I'd come back to try some of the other things on the menu.

obviously as many others have said, amazing place. run down:…read more LUNCH MENU: Labneh: amazing. love. devour. decently thick spread of labneh, not too shallow plating. topped with za'atar, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, and mint. here's the thing, three people in my group do not like mint all that much. I appreciate surayas mint in particular, it's less egregious than other mints, and most importantly, they are whole leafs! easy to pick out. the labneh is perfectly amazing on its own. I will say, if I could have it my way, i'd nix the tomatoes, and replace with the tiny skinny peppers they include in the pickles and olives side dish. i'd also include a bit more oil, as the spread is actually quite thick. and more seasoning for the same reason. if you're on a date, especially early into dating, beware of spices in your teeth. check constantly while eating this. Traditional Hummus: Delicious. amazing. much thinner spread, but also more surface area. the oil and seasoning go a longer way in this one. no notes absolutely stunning. Pita: thinner than some other places, delicious, FRESH, hot, comes with one per person. truthfully, one was enough, and I usually order two at other places. Side Dish Pickles and Olives: This dish includes both green and purple olives, tiny thin green spicy peppers, and sliced pickles. The green olives are pitted, and my favorite. they are so good on a hummus pita bite. the purple olives were not pitted, and did not come with an extra empty dish to empty the pits into. I didn't try these as I don't like purple olives. or pits. at least in public. the peppers were AMAZING! not too spicy. but definitely spicy. great with the labneh. I think my dish only came with five. would love more! and then the pickles are sliced vertically in halves, not too acidic. I *think* key word *THINK* they are fermented and not traditionally pickled. so, they won't taste the same as a regular pickle most people are used to. I still love them. this dish overall is $6 and very worth the price in my opinion. easy to share for the table. Green Salad: this salad is quite similar to a traditional fattoush salad if you're familiar. I have a few things with this. Mint was abundant. if you don't like mint, i'm not saying don't get it, but it's noteworthy. I picked around the mint since they were whole leafs thankfully. the bottom of the plate is covered in an herb yogurt, the lettuces and such are coated in a vinaigrette. the vegetables are seasonal, it's October 2nd and we had watermelon radish, cucumbers, tomatoes, some onions. im not really sure if I would get this again, especially for the price. people liked the eggs on top. I liked the radishes and cucumbers. I love a fresh bite. but not necessary. Cauliflower Sandwich: Definitely shareable. comes with sumac fries, an aioli, a separate vinaigrette for the wrap itself. the wrap is cut in halves. inside it's hard to tell exactly what's inside. there is a sumac fry inside. cauliflower obviously. not really sure what else. absolutely delicious though. I love this one and it's a great option for a vegetarian. Orange Blossom Iced Tea: VERY GOOD. I would like some simple syrup with it but VERY GOOD. the orange blossom really comes through. Pistachio Rose Cronut situation: DELICIOUS! The service is attentive and efficient. most sections are thoughtfully stocked with their own water stations and such so that the servers can tend towards the customers better. I appreciate that little detail. the kitchen staff looks like a well oiled machine. everything seems to run very smooth in this establishment. And inside is particularly pretty.

I enjoyed every bite but definitely had enough left over to take home for a late dinner. That's always a win! Everything tasted fresh, and the food was prepared efficiently and made to order. There were plenty of employees working together to keep up with the busy lunch crowd, and there are great spaces for larger gatherings as well. Overall, a delicious and satisfying lunch with generous portions and fresh food. Definitely a place worth checking out!

I was surprised at the price but the sandwich is so big we really could have split one but ordering two left us they both. The beef is so tender it reminded me of chinese beef stew for some reason. Not that it tasted like chinese beef stew but the texture was just so melt in your mouthy! Hubs preferred it cuz he's a chicken fan and loved it for all the same reasons listed above. Onion rings 5/5: Rings were nice and crisp without being overly greasy or fried. It's a nice place with just a couple of booths inside. Originally I was only going to give it 4 stars cuz the way it's set up is weird when they tell you where to stand and where to go...it just didn't feel warm and inviting when you walk in but honestly when I'm in philly again I will make it a point to stop by so that makes it a 5 in my book.

While they are usually lightly staffed when we come, the staff is always on point, friendly, and willing to help with selections. My go to has been their platters. Each table has three sauces. There is the white sauce, and a red and green sauce. The white sauce is good - like a mix between ranch and tzitzaki. The green sauce is minty, and the red one is spicy. I was really happy with the lamb. It was very tender and flavorful. It also came hot out of the grill. It didn't have a "strong" lamb flavor and was slightly smoky. The rice was super fragrant. I think it had a lot of butter or oil so it felt moist, and the carrots/raisons inside were a nice touch. The food went really well with the three sauces. There was also a good cardamom flavor inside. The food came with a ciabatta-like fried bread. I recommend this restaurant
