I do recommend making a reservation as they can be pretty slammed on Fridays/weekends. The Srirachi wings had a nice crunch to them while still keeping the chicken juicy inside. It would've been nice to have an even amount of wings to drumsticks though, as I like flats more, but thats just a personal preference. The crabmeat fried rice was amazing, a really good portion of chunks of crabmeat mixed in so each spoonful had some. The duck curry was a "Grandma's special" so a much bigger portion and cost - but reasonable. The duck wasnt dry and had a good flavor throughout, not relying on the curry to give taste. The curry also had a hint of sweetness to it which complements the greasiness of the duck. The papaya salad felt very refreshing - we got it at level one as to not overpower our taste buds with all the other food. I did get some chili pepper on the side to add in later. My one recommendation is having Thai peppers as an option instead of dried chili flakes. I much prefer the taste of fresh Thai pepper to add the extra heat. The mango sticky rice is always a favorite. The mango is soft and ripe, the right amount of sweetness. They also mix pandan in with the sticky rice for a more impactful umami (Im also a big advocate for pandan in desserts).

The tofu was delicious, and there were so many things I'd happily order again. Portions are generous, too. It is a little tight inside and definitely gets busy, even during lunch and I do think it's a little on the pricier side. But for me, the food makes up for it. This feels like one of those local spots you're glad you finally tried and immediately start thinking about what you're ordering next time. Definitely a 10/10 for me. Would absolutely come back and recommend!

I will say, if I could have it my way, i'd nix the tomatoes, and replace with the tiny skinny peppers they include in the pickles and olives side dish. i'd also include a bit more oil, as the spread is actually quite thick. and more seasoning for the same reason. if you're on a date, especially early into dating, beware of spices in your teeth. check constantly while eating this. I *think* key word *THINK* they are fermented and not traditionally pickled. so, they won't taste the same as a regular pickle most people are used to. Green Salad: this salad is quite similar to a traditional fattoush salad if you're familiar. I have a few things with this. I love this one and it's a great option for a vegetarian. Orange Blossom Iced Tea: VERY GOOD. I would like some simple syrup with it but VERY GOOD. the orange blossom really comes through. Pistachio Rose Cronut situation: DELICIOUS! The service is attentive and efficient. most sections are thoughtfully stocked with their own water stations and such so that the servers can tend towards the customers better. I appreciate that little detail. the kitchen staff looks like a well oiled machine. everything seems to run very smooth in this establishment. And inside is particularly pretty.

I have been eating halal food now for a little while and although i have only tried two of them i can honestly say that this cart is by far the best tasting one i have had so far and its quite addictive i drove 12.5 miles out of my way and stood inside friday traffic from center city for one hour and twenty mins and the food was cold by the time i got home and it was worth every second i waited both in the car and in traffic, Yes the food is that good! the flavors are so uniquely blended into a bouqet of exotic tastes. This is probably my most favorite halal food truck if you want to taste the real Halal Mediterranean food with some subcontinental spice this is the spot for it. The chicken kabab with rice and salad is a great meal , their seasoned fish is outstanding and a real deal. The falafel are also cool to the order which are way better than all the competitors.
