We swift and steam clean the tiles a few times a year, but their work made a really big difference in the appearance. We walk in these areas quite often during the day, so we really appreciate the improvement. I said no thank you. He got loud over the phone and said, "So you want your couch clean, but don't want to pay the price. It's only 10 dollars more."
