The name of this place is a wee bit deceiving, the only chicks you'll find here are those that are cooked. We visited for a late lunch on Thursday and the place was completely empty. This suited us as we were after a quick lunch.
I'm currently trying to start a wee health kick so I decided against burgers or steaks. I ended up going for a crab pot. It came out beautifully presented (see picture) with a lovely cucumber and lemon garnish and a side of local wheaten bread. I also went for a filter coffee that was delivered within minutes of ordering.
I really enjoyed my visit, although I'd love to go back and sample the service and atmosphere on a busier evening. The decor has been put together really well, the long mirror gives a spacious feel to a small intimate restaurant.
Definitely would recommend a visit, the menu is large so you'll find something you like. This is more of a 3.5 than a 4 but I'm generous! read more
