A great place to relax and enjoy wonderful food! The staff makes you feel like family. We enjoy the view of the golf course from the outside patio. A must do in Lakeside. A shout out to Stephanie Sam Sienna and Rafael! Our home away from home.

I visited on a Sunday morning with my aunt, cousin, and son. My aunt and cousin recommended this restaurant as it is close to their home and they said there is good food for a great price. The restaurant was easy to find and there was no wait on a Sunday morning. We were greeted and told to sit anywhere we wanted. We recieved menus right away and our drink orders were taken quickly. I ordered a 4 item omelette which came with hashbrowns and toast for under $9. My son had two huge pancakes for under $5. The two meals with two soft drinks came up to around $18. Anytime you can have a sit down meal with drinks for $10 person is awesome in my opinion. The food was good. The pancakes were huge and my son loved them. The omelette was probably a 3 egg omelette, enough for two meals. The only gripe I had was the mushrooms tasted canned instead of fresh. Other than that the service was good and the food enjoyable. It was a little warm inside and the staff did try to make it more comfortable with a fan. Overall I would return anytime for breakfast.

So we looked up nearby restaurants and found The Henry. So glad we did. Our first time here and it won't be our last.... The hostess was very kind and welcoming. She took our name down right away. We waited under 10 minutes to be seated. We opted to sit inside. Very nice vibe. Our waiter Enrique was AMAZING. Super attentive and a true asset to this restaurant. Our food came out quickly. Everything was so flavorful. You could really taste the quality. The hubby even got a tea to go. TOP NOTCH!! What we ordered & shared: * Grilled & Chilled Shrimp * Short Rib Potstickers * Roasted Turkey French Dip w/ Salad #DiningWithTheAndersons #HappyFind #TryingNewPlaces #WithTheHubby #SoYummy

Usually this place is recognized for its brunch, but i decided to come by and try their dinner menu…read more! I ordered the following below: *Korean Prime Skirt Steak: 5/5 - I asked for my skirt steak medium rare and man was it cooked so well. Underneath was fried rice, bok choy, veggies and a nice creamy Korean sauce . The sauce really complimented the steak and fried rice really well. I was very pleased on how the steak was juicy and tender ! *Braised Short Rib: 2/5 - Don't get me wrong i love me some good braised short ribs, however, these were very disappointing. Most of the meat was covered by fat, the portion size was insanely small considering its an entree. Not much veggies or sides to compliment this meal very well, definitely need to redo this dish. *Pressed Yellowtail Sushi: 5/5 - Honestly the yellowtail was so fresh ! It had a hint of spiciness but also a hint of sweetness. The sushi was very fresh and almost tasted like a ceviche mix. *Parmesan Truffle Fries: 3/5 - Your average truffle fries. Nothing fancy about them. I really wish they were crispier. The ambiance was very nice and welcoming. You are introduced to basically nice oak wood tables everywhere. The booth we sat in was pretty comfy. The service was exceptional. It is nice to know you are getting some quality dishes, others need some refinement.

We were not disappointed at all. Upon arriving, there was a musician playing, and they did seat us off to the right so we could not see but could hear still. There is outdoor and indoor seating, but at the time we came it appeared that the outdoor was reserved for an event. We happily sat inside! Having met Jeremy's parents earlier in the day who also recommended his restaurant, and they were just lovely, we had hoped to possibly meet Jeremy too. I wanted to try everything, but we opt on getting a few dishes to share. Our son ordered the filet mignon and they were able to substitute mashed potatoes for fries. Amazing!! The mac & brisket appetizer appeared to be the highlight and specialty and we just had to order it. Every bite was cheeesy and delicious with the brisket very moist. We couldn't go without ordering the Brussels sprouts and it had a twist with ponzu sauce and pineapple. Definitely a different take and I thoroughly enjoyed the taste. Every bite was foodgasmic and I highly recommend!!! I knew coming here that some Yelpers have experienced wavering in quality, so glad we did not experience that at all. As of the date that we came, we understood that the restaurant had been listed for sale, not sure if Jeremy sold it yet or not. I hope not, we plan on coming back this summer!

In a very nice manner he asked several questions about the card, including how much I thought was on it. When I informed him that I thought there was $13.00 on the card, he immediately deleted that amount from the bill. Both he and Norma were accommodating and respectful throughout. He made sure our drinks stayed filled, explained the new menu to us, and after our food came out he genuinely wanted to make sure everything was correct and that we were happy with our order. Excellent service like that is unfortunately rare nowadays, and it really stood out to us. We ordered the pork belly pizza and loved it! My husband has celiac disease, so finding good gluten-free pizza can be difficult, but they did an amazing job making sure everything was completely gluten free and prepared correctly. It's so appreciated when restaurants take that seriously. Overall, such a wonderful dining experience and we will definitely be back. Thank you Eddie for the outstanding service!

Wasn't tooooo much looking forward to it, but it fit all the Birthday Dinner check marks and you can't down talk a place if you haven't been there. First. Listen. Everyone's using open table. But Fort Oak, tell Open Table to chill. I used open table to reserve about 4 days in advance, but still got a TON of emails, and a ton of notifications. Including one that, if I didn't respond to it, would cancel my reservation. Then 3 follow ups asking me to review Fort Oak. Haysuse on a pogo stick, that was almost a detractor from the actual dinner. Is this dinner or a past due bill sent to collection agency? I digress. First, our waiter Johny E, phenomenal. Dude knows wine in ways that are supernatural. Spot on recommendations. Second. Put on your Pulp Fiction "5 dollar shake" face about a 50 dollar pork chop. A FIFTY DOLLAR PORK CHOP. Waiter, who had already proven he know WTF was what, simply said "we're known for it, you will probably enjoy, people rave about it". So, I mean, when in Rome. Johny wasn't lying. It's a pretty @#$#ing good pork chop. Color me amazed. You can be skeptical. You might say I was just trying to justify having spent 50 on a pork chop. Try it. Stunning. I don't know if it's the best I ever had, but I can't remember a better one. Over all, they nail the experience, the food, and wrap it up in a bow. It is always busy, so a reservation is best (I'd call vice using that @#$# open table app, I swear). Shout out about Johny - in fact, ask for him to be your waiter, he a star.

The crispy shallot added a good amount of crunch, and the brioche it was served with was buttered and toasted to perfection. A standout dish for us - Little Gem Salad: not a must get, but delicious nonetheless. I loved the whipped feta and ranch in this - Goat Milk Cavatelli: soooo good. The sausage in this is really yummy and nicely paired with the charred broccoli. I'd recommend this one - Branzino: delicious. Comes de-boned which is appreciated, and is deliciously flaky. Get this! - NY Strip: ok I know I've said "get this" for basically everything....but seriously get this one. The presentation is beautiful and the squash, bone marrow, and everything else on top were very tasty. This was our favorite dish!
