Front bar was packed, and non of the bartenders would even make eye contact with us. Others around us continued to get served. So thinking we hadn't been seen, my partner raises his hand. Well one finally came to take our order. He nastily told us that we Americans should never raise our hand to get a bartenders attention and that we in fact we're rude. First off the staff were rude by purposely ignoring us. Second, if you work in a city like Dublin you need to understand many people come from all over the world and may not know irish bar etiquette.
