The cleaning was booked for just the main and top floors, but was still over $300, including $30 for an oven cleaning. I'll start with the positive- customer service and communication was great - responsive and friendly. I was told the deep cleaning would take up to 3 hours. I was home to greet the cleaners and left my husband home while I ran an errand. My husband called literally an hour later and said they were done. I rushed home to check the work and found visible mold/ dirty in the shower, which is the ENTIRE reason I called a professional service. My stove cleaning was also not completed. I reported what I found to customer service and sent pictures. They apologized and scheduled for the cleaners to return - TWICE. They canceled each time, and in the end, never returned. I was granted a $30 refund for my oven and $20 credit for my next service. I would NOT recommend this company and will not return to book any additional services. Beware. UPDATE 9/29/26: Spekless Cleaning contacting me after my original review and offered a complimentary cleaning - including an oven cleaning. Yes, it would've been great to receive the proper service the first time around, but I truly appreciate their efforts in finding a resolution and it showed how much they value the opinions of customers. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying.
