This place is a real gem. The staff is very friendly. The food is delicious and very reasonable for the portion sizes. We had looked at reviews and the menu before we went. My hubby found the secret menu. They have a variety of sandwiches. I was in the mood for corned beef so I had the gueben which is a Rueben. The meat was freshly sliced and lean. There was quite a bit of meat on my sandwich. My husband said he was very hungry so he got a scheuben which is a triple decker sandwich. It is basically a Reuben with a turkey sandwich above it and a rosy beef sandwich under it. It was a real mouthful and very tasty. It was only $7.49. They sell bottles of many types of beverages and all types of chips. We got 2 fountain drinks which were only 75 cents. They have several tables for eat in. There is street parking which is metered. We were there at 3 o'clock for a late lunch so there were several available parking spaces. We will definitely return. Their hoagies looked good. They had a variety of sandwiches with their meatballs which we would also like to try. read more

By far the best sandwich place in Bethlehem, if not the Lehigh Valley. Large portions of meat and cheese freshly cut to order and the friendliest staff in the world. Tony you are the best! By far the best place for lunch in the entire area. All sandwiches are loaded with meat and cheese, and would easily cost you as much as $6-$8 to make yourself with ingredients from the grocery store. Most sandwiches cost $4-$6 here. Always great food and great service. This place has a line out the door easily 30-40 people long during peak lunch times. If you're really hungry, try the Gombo.... it's the biggest and best sandwich you can find for miles. Other favorites are the Gander (a more usual sized sandwich), or the #1 Deli Delight, Corned Beef & Cole Slaw. Tony, the owner, is a great guy. He's always upbeat, and he always remembers my exact sandwich order even 3 years after I moved away and only get to come here a few times per year. A true 5/5 place to eat! read more
