Glendale Grind was a cute cafe with cozy decor, delicious drinks, and amazing pastries. It is conveniently located near a busy road, but they have a spacious parking lot. When I walked in, I was amazed by the brightly lit cafe with cozy little nooks and unique art pieces by local artists along the walls. For the food and drink, they have an extensive drink menu with everything from coffee, tea and smoothies, and a great selection of baked goods. Since I wanted to try out both sweet and savory options, I ended up getting a Royal Cookie, Lemon Poppyseed Mini Scones, and a Parmesan Leek Pastry. The scones had a bright lemon flavor and were very moist compared to all the dry scones that I've tried elsewhere, and the Parmesan Leek pastry was beautifully flaky and delicious warmed up.

I wish I had taken pictures of everything I ordered. :) Mini filled donuts are ah-ma-zing! (Especially the cookie butter!) The spinach artichoke quiche was also delicious. I ordered a sugar-free vanilla iced latte, and it hit the spot. The shop is spacious and bright. Service was great. I plan to be back!

Great vibrant coffee shop tucked off Manchester. Super easy parking offered on both sides of this Family owned and operated shop. Greeted immediately and super friendly. Definitely try one of their many tasty treats along with your beverage. I will go out on a limb and easily say they could win awards for the cookies. Also, equally tasty were the Parmesan Leek Pastty and the Spinach and Ricotta Pastry. I can wait to return!

This shop just opened up in my area and I've attempted to like it twice. I want to love this place, I do! However, the coffee just isn't great. It's awesome we have a local coffee shop in the Glendale area, and the service is super friendly. The atmosphere is also chic and bright. However, the coffee tastes like someone inexperienced made it. Very bland, and has the consistency of chocolate milk. The energy drink was fine, but it was bitter like club soda and didn't even have ice in it. The Egg Bites were a pleasant exception, they tasted fresh and had a nice peppery kick to them. Will I be back to try it a third time? In this economy, probably not, but I hope they improve and get tons of business!

Great little coffee shop. The people working were so friendly. I had an ice latte, the cookie butter mini donuts and the lemon poppy scones. All were delicious. I will be back.

This is your favorite neighborhood coffee shop! One where everyone knows your name and the cashier kids and yours go to the same school! It felt very homie and they were accommodating during a small moment of uncertainty. I will deff be returning. The spinach pastry was very tasteful and light!

The Glendale Grind is definitely going to be what they promote- your new favorite coffee spot. They offer varieties of different coffee, tea and power drinks. Multiple options when it comes to milks and syrups- they offer sugar free options too! The shaken espresso was delicious as well as the cookie butter filled donut holes! Next time I am trying the blueberry muffin- I hear it's a crowd favorite!

Very much enjoyed my visit to TGG and am looking forward to future visits. I visited on a quiet Thursday morning just in time for fresh blueberry muffins to come out of the oven. I am a lucky girl. The crumble topping was perfect and not too sweet. My coffee was delicious too and served with a smile. Seems like a business the owners are proud of and it makes for such a welcoming atmosphere. Would encourage snagging a seat in the chairs by the window if you can!

Went here on a Sunday morning and it wasn't too busy! Service was great, and the coffee was really solid. The pastry definitely could've used a bit longer being warmed up because was cold on the inside. Lots of seating and definitely would be a great place to telework!

They made a fresh pot of coffee and even went the extra mile to go get ice as we came in later in the evening and they had run out. I did tell them they didn't need to, but he insisted which I thought was outstanding. This quaint little café is so charming inside. It allows people to gather eat a sweet treat and have general conversation conversations where you can actually hear one another. They do have outside seating too. The chocolate cake was soft and as a non-cake lover I found this very delicious. Definitely worthy of sharing. I ordered a quiche to go. I had mentioned they didn't have the spinach feta pastry that I had before. The gentleman stated we have some in the back, I'm happy to get you one. So I ordered that too. And although this was only our second time coming, the fact that they'll make a fresh pot of coffee in my opinion is key to a great café. I will keep this in my rotation of places to go.

As I was walking to the door, I see a man cleaning the tables. He walks toward the door as I'm walking up to it. We're literally standing face to face with the door in between us. I smile, he is stone faced. I go to open the door as he walks away. The door is locked. I try a few more times, thinking maybe it's me. I look around at the hours again, but next to it is a "we're open" sign. I try maybe 3-4 times more before I give up. I walk to the window and he's sitting at a table toward the back, looking at me. We just look at each other, then he looks at his computer. I turn toward my car, then turn back around and he's still looking at me! I sat in my car, confused. He never looked back up from his computer, so I left. Highly disappointed.

The dipping sauce that came with the pide was peppery and smoky, perfect for balancing out the saltiness of the meat.

Was happy to see that it wasn't crowded as I sometimes get anxious in a crowded place especially when the space is small. I was greeted once I went up to the counter. Not soon after I get up to the counter more people started to come in so I felt rushed and since it was my first time I wasn't expecting to be so many options that I panicked and just ordered the first thing I saw on the menu. Think it was a dolche latte maybe. Got it hot in a 12oz with almond milk and quickly checked out as others were behind me. I st down in one of the chairs by the door since I had an hour to kill and wanted to wait till I got the chance to go back and look at the rest of the menu. Little did I know that the place would just get busier and my time was up and had to leave. I did enjoyed my short time there while sipping on my late and watching my Kdrama and my late was really delicious. I arrived early at around 8:15. This is a relatively small establishment with a small parking lot. It looks like they have a trailer available for mobile coffee service too. They were fairly busy and it seemed like only one person was working. This made the wait a bit longer than I expected, but the employee was working very hard and making good time considering she was alone. I enjoyed listening to the alternative music and hanging out in the store. It was clean and comfortable. I ordered one of their March specials, the Peanut Butter Guts, as I love coffee and peanut butter together. I also ordered a cookie from Cookie Hustle (which I think is like a sister business housed under the same roof) -- a pumpkin snickerdoodle. Sounded so good! I enjoyed my coffee drink. It definitely had a detectable and enjoyable peanut butter flavor, as well as the mocha. I think it was a tiny bit heavy on milk for my preference, but overall it was tasty. I ate the cookie later and it was absolutely delicious. Perfect chewy snickerdoodle texture and lots of yummy spices. I wish I'd gotten several different cookies to try more! When I showed up at breakfast with my coffee, my family remarked on how much they like this little shop and keep coffee from here at their house for special occasions. High praise! If you're in the area, give them some love! :)
