What should have been a relaxing treat turned into a deceptive and painful experience. The staff was outright dishonest about their inventory. My mother requested a specific gel color for her toes, but they didn't have the matching regular polish for her manicure. Instead of being upfront, they covered her eyes with an eye mask and told her to "relax." While her eyes were covered, they proceeded to apply a color she never approved or asked for. To make matters worse: * Physical Injury: The technician was so careless that they actually cut her finger during the manicure. My mother is elderly and generally avoids confrontation. she doesn't like to speak up even when there is an issue. The staff seemed to use this to their advantage, intentionally hiding the wrong color from her and then acting dismissive when she was clearly unhappy with the results. * Zero Accountability: They were incredibly rude, refused to reimburse her, and still charged us full price. The manager was "unavailable" when we asked to speak to someone in charge. It is ridiculous to treat a customer this way, especially a senior celebrating her birthday. Between the dishonesty, the injury, and the lack of basic respect, this was a complete failure. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
