You want to talk about poor customer service? This place takes the cake…read more The condescending and rude attitude of the employees is unmatched. We made an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely zero respect for our time. But the worst part was the cleanliness. The facility was disgustingly dirty and did not appear hygienic at all. For a place where proper sanitation should be a priority, what we saw was extremely concerning. Between the horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time, and lack of cleanliness, I would never recommend this place to anyone. You've been warned. Look elsewhere.

Doesn't seem like the front desk support is interested in bringing in more customers. 4 girls have been behind the counter non stop taking photos of each other and talking since I first walked in and have been for the past 10-15 minutes that I sat in my car writing this review. They don't seem busy. Any other business would have accepted a walk in service or at the very least asked what service I needed & offered to book me for another day. What I have an issue with is their communication. I had an appointment booked today and even received a email to confirm 2 days before which I responded to immediately. To my surprise, when I show up to my appointment, the receptionist tells me the sugarist wasn't there and they tried to call me to reschedule my appointment. I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them. The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.

I am a little surprised that people have left with skinny "chola-like" eyebrows, that's horrible. Staff is very polite, randomly they'll have new staff, maybe that's when the "chola-like" eyebrows came out??? They also like a little eyebrow massage after! Bomb!!!
