I came into the store because I was attempting to make a waxing appointment. I had tried to schedule online, but the confirmation email was never received, so I walked in for assistance. While I was in the store attempting to make the appointment, my son urgently needed to use the restroom. He politely asked the front desk employee, but she refused and said it was "store policy" that only customers could use the restroom. I explained that I was in the process of becoming a paying customer and was actively trying to schedule an appointment. I asked if my son could please use the restroom while I completed the booking, but she continued to deny the request and said he could only use it after the appointment was made. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I also asked for a manager and was told that no managers were on site. When I expressed that the situation felt discriminatory, the employee laughed. This experience was upsetting and unprofessional. I request a review of this incident and clarification of your policies.

Also, there's a 5 minute grace period where if you're late, you may lose your appointment or part of it. There's a variety of services offered from skincare to what they're known for, hair removal via sugaring. All staff are trained and certified for all services they provide and are the sweetest. They make you feel welcome and ensure you're comfortable from checking in to the end of the service. I've been getting a variety of sugaring services from multiple team members, and I've had great experiences with each of them.
