I can't say enough good things about this place and in particular the owner, Rose. She is so sweet, professional and personable. She makes you feel at home and she's exceptional at what she does. I've visited her now two times for a Brazilian wax and she made me feel so comfortable. She talks you through the process, proper after care and the pain was minimal thanks to her use of the hard wax. She is super reasonable in price and honors her regulars with great specials. I absolutely love this salon! The owner Rose is so sweet and does a fantastic and thorough job waxing. She makes you feel extremely comfortable and they are some of the most painless waxes I have ever gotten! I wax usually every 4 weeks. I tried this place for the first time because my usual place had no open app.. I made the app for underarm ($15) and lower legs ($35). Usually when I wax my underarms it doesn't hurt. But this time it BURNED ! I felt my armpit sting for almost 2/3 days. Most places I go they tweeze the little hairs that the wax didn't get . Not only did they not do that here but there was. A LOT of hairs she did not get .. I do have random patches of hair on my legs and it seems like the wax didn't pull my hairs out rather than it just cut them in half. Maybe it's because she would put wax from my knee down to my ankles (all at once) and wax in large strips. My app took about 20mins for both underarms and half legs. Don't get me wrong the lady was very kind. But the job wasn't well. ... the pictures attached are of the day after I got my legs waxed. read more

Rose was fantastic! :) I had a few problems finding her location and arriving on-time so I had to make a few calls beforehand, and she was extremely understanding and helpful. The minute I walked in she sparked up a conversation, making the transition from "pants on" to "pants off" much easier. Would give 0 if i could. Went for a lash lift with Melina Allard, when arrived she told me i wasn't schedule even tho she texted me one day before to confirm the appointment. She seemed totally unbothered about the inconvenience i had to really insist for her to take be that day since i leave 45min from the store. She did my lashlift in 20min and i was the worst result i have ever seen. My lashes were all stuck together and falling. would definitely never recommend Melina for a lashlift since she damaged my lashes and gave the worst customer service . read more

Okay so I am going to start off by mentioning that my last Brazilian before this one was not the best, I got kinda traumatized.. So coming in to see Rose I was very scared, but she was literally the best ! She made me feel very comfortable which is a + because I am pregnant and I must be comfortable do to my back pains. So she laid the first spread of wax and my heart was racing she pulled it of and it did not even hurt! She asked me if I was okay and I told her I was perfect I let her know that it didn't even hurt that it feels very soft and she explained to me that the wax she uses is very creamy and it truly was very creamy.
