One to zero stars. Waste of time and money. Vibe was off. Star our instructor was claiming to make 6 figures off nails. But was not very good at teaching and answering questions. I paid $600 for a gel x course and about another $150 for a design course by the same instructor. And bought overpriced items. Designs were like easy on YouTube and Instagram reels, 123 but I was paying for the knowledge and time of what I thought were well educated and there were some things not being taught correctly sanitation wise and application wise. She was right about trial and error I guess she was in her stages of that too. Not sure if she herself was licensed to do nails . But she was diy certified, She said she was around for help and she blocked contact in the future and changed numbers. With no warning. Do your research and make a decision to go get your license first and not your certificate like with this place here.If you're wanting a certificate or more training I suppose for makeup or other course I don't know. They do not offer this gelxcourse any longer as well. No refunds just lessons for next time ! Photos are my personal homework from The 2day class. I went for the eyelash extension training program a few weeks ago and I'm extremely disappointed. They advertised for all these amazing services and we only received a fraction. The instructor was great but she was only told to to teach a "classic" eyelash class when we were CLEARLY offered (and payed for) "hybrid" and "volume". When I brought it to the their attention, one of the ladies said there wasn't enough time to teach "volume" and said they might have a separate class for it and offer us a DISCOUNT on something we already paid for. I argued with her and brought up the DM they sent us on Instagram and she said "that's all I can say I'm sorry" so the instructor seen how upset I was and gave us a half assed 5 minute lesson before our models came in. Second, the "kit" or whatever you want to call it that they gave us was a complete joke. They gave us enough for three services and we used them all at the training so now i have to build an entire kit before I even start to build clientele. Lastly, they offer social media training/how to start your business and we NEVER received that. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyone! They are scammers. They take advantage of people. I payed $600 of my hard earned money for a damn paper certificate and some photo ops. If you're looking into an eyelash extension program I suggest Dame lash in Downey. Please do your research before deciding on where you want to go! read more

On their IG page it says to DM then for any questions so I did. First strike: when I DM'd them, I asked them about the eyelash extension course and the girl gave me the wrong information. She told me it was a 3 day course when it was actually a TWO day course. Strike two: I asked how much and the girl once again told me the WRONG information. She told me one price & the next day gave told me a different price. And then they told me I had to go in-in person to leave a $200 deposit to reserve my spot (no problem) when I showed up to the school there was NOBODY there! I got there at 3 in the afternoon on a Monday when their hours listed on their IG shows that they are opened at that time..that was STRIKE THREE. I called the number on their IG page multiples times and no answer. I was irritated cuz I drove through LA traffic to go there and there was nobody there!!! I ended up driving back home & a few hours later I finally got a reply from them through IG & they said that the girl that normally works wasn't "feeling too good" so she left. Any other NORMAL business would have someone else to go in as a back up, right?! Anyways, the person messaging me through IG apologized & told me to come in the following day (Tuesday) to reserve my spot/leave deposit & they even offered to give me a free palette for the inconvenience. I said OK....I went in on Tuesday & left my deposit for the eyelash extension course....The girl in the front desk said "see you tomorrow for class" I was like "I thought class was Thursday-Friday? NOT Wednesday-Thursday" and she said "no it's Wednesday-Thursday" I said "Are you sure?" She said "yes" I said "ok good thing you told me because otherwise I wouldn't have showed up tomorrow..." tomorrow comes (Wednesday) i drive from Orange County to LA....again....guess what?! When I showed up to the school at like 9am. NOBODY WAS THERE!!!! I called & called and no answer...I waited for about 1 hour...I was like "maybe they're stuck in traffic." I FINALLY heard from them 1 hour later and they said "class is Thursday-Friday" when the girl from the front desk had told me the day before it was Wednesday-Thursday! I ended up driving back home!!! I was so mad because it wasn't the first time I drove there for no reason. The "owner" apologized to me and offered to take off $100 the course and said instead of it being a 2 day course, we can do it all in one day that way I don't have to keep driving back and forth from OC to LA. I said OK Fine. I decided to give them ANOTHER chance because I really wanted to take the eyelash extension course. I ended up going back the next day (Thursday) & was there for a total of 10-12 hours (I don't remember exactly) to complete the course. I thought the course went well, HOWEVER it's been about 6 months since I've took the course & im now realizing that my "instructor" for that class didn't even teach us a lot of things. Now that I'm trying to grow my eyelash business, I'm realizing she didn't even teach us how to PROPERLY SECURE THE EYELASH ADHESIVE. I know I could've asked, but how am I suppose to ask a question on something I have no idea about....i paid $800 (reg price was $900) for a class that only taught us how to apply CLASSIC lashes. I honestly got ripped off because now I'm realizing that people teach that class for way cheaper. Since I paid $800, I should've at least been taught how to prime the lashes, secure the adhesive, apply a hybrid set, volume set, how to properly get the inner corners, washing/maintaining lashes, etc etc, etc!!!! We didn't learn ANY OF THAT! We literally just learned about the lash cycle, the lash sizes and practiced on each other for a bit...my lash "instructor" was @officialmistyrose ! She was nice, but I still felt that she couldn't taught us wayyyyyyy more. Especially for THAT price! UPDATE: as of now, they removed the hours that were once listed on their IG and they also removed the "dm us for more info" from the bio as well. read more

I asked her about a "drill" versus a "dremell" and she had no idea of what I was talking about. Very poor and cheap looking place. I left there with shame for being scammed. Star, the instructor only cared about her music and her personal life stories, which I guess we are all entitled to but not for $600 for a couple hours of poor to zero instruction. I regret spending any money at this place and shame on them for not even offering a reimbursement whenever the "client/student" left unhappy and without any type of guidance. read more

I took the 5 Week beginners course here and my instructor Monica did a great job teaching everyone. When you start they give u a makeup kit with most of the things u will need for the class. You do have to purchase some additional products but it's not too much. The 5 week course would be great for anyone who knows little to none about makeup. They go through step by step of what u need to apply. You'll also be doing the makeup on yourself.
