My husband and I were remodeling our downstairs bathroom, and we were googling different places…read morewhere we could buy countertops while still maintaining the vanity we already had. We literally stumbled across Stone Pros while parked in downtown Everett, using Yelp to find something nearby, after our initial venture didn't pan through. We met with Ryan, who was extremely nice, and showed us around with what our options were, including remnants and full pieces. We almost immediately found a remnant that was exactly what we were looking for. We finished our shopping experience with Amanda, who clearly knew her stuff. She could name any stone and any manufacturer with a quick glimpse at a photo. We picked up our countertop today, and we could not be more happy. We also went with one of their sinks. Still have to finish the backsplash, but this is our progress so far. The quality is unsurpassed by anything you would find at Lowe's or Home Depot. The price was much lower than we expected to pay. They offer full service, or do it yourself, and are very upfront with the prices about both. We will definitely be going back to Stone Pros from now on. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them. We love that we are supporting a local family owned business. The owner has his kids' artwork all of his office. Thank you to Ryan and Amanda for all of your help!

She recommended several businesses for our countertop search and outlined how they would support our project. As soon as we selected the granite desired, she immediately provided a very reasonable cost estimate. We particularly appreciate their excellent customer service, always returning our inquiries quickly and always meeting their commitments.

They provided guidance, creativity, and follow-up every step of the way. Their computer-generated kitchen plans and visual images were very helpful in assuring us that the design they described is what we wanted and in the price range we were looking for. Adrian was our assigned on-site contractor. He was phenomenal to work with. His knowledge, skill, reliability, and "easy-to-work-with" personality made the process from demo to project signoff a smooth and stress-free experience. Adrian and Vered never let any unforeseen or unexpected situation alter or delay project progress. They worked together to offer solutions and resolution in a timely manner. Adrian and one or two other helpers did most of the work themselves, so we were never waiting on subcontractors. The project started on time and finished on schedule. We could not have been more pleased with the results. We are very happy to have selected Lux Design Builds and highly recommend them for your upcoming remodel.

The remodel replaced the floor with vinyl tile, replaced the tub surround tiles with vinyl sheets and replaced the vanity, counter mirror, tub, lights and all fixtures. The installer did a great job, was very courteous and did the job with minimal disruption.

Integrity Stonework

Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

They were a pleasure working with from selecting the stone in the office, measuring our kitchen, to installing. We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window. Installation was quick and easy. We're very happy we went with Integrity.

ACME Repairs - Kitchen Cabinets

Before I start my review, I must provide a back story. We are an active duty military family, with…read morea custom built home in Anacortes, WA. We currently live overseas. I have had an issue of water leak at one of my doors that has been an issue ever since the house was built due to improper installation. Back in 2015 (when the house was complete) the first rainy season came, and a ton of water came into the house. Unfortunately I was not living in the home at the time, it was rented. We had already moved out of state. I knew of the issue- and visited it every single year, off and on. I did have a couple contractors look at the problem and quoted literally thousands of dollars and explained the issue to be a long drawn complicated one. Being military, with a crazy schedule, and then due to the $$$ we never finalized repair. Intimidated by committing to a contractor due to money and then not having the time to do research just made this an ongoing issue. Every rainy season, water would come in, creating some significant damage. Finally, round 5 here we go...I randomly decided to pursue this again, with absolutely no hope that anything would materialize. Within 7 days of contacting James at ACME, issue is 100000% resolved. Cost? 1/8th of what others were quoting, the issue? Not complicated he made it seem simple. He responded to my inquiry SO quickly, so efficiently. He made the time to go out to the home immediately for an inspection and when I asked him when he planned on going out, he said he already completed majority of the work and just needed to go in for some final touches. It's beyond quality of work or work ethic, it's beyond an honest contractor who quoted a price that I could not refuse and with a keen eye inspected other issues that needed to be addressed, it's beyond all that. It's about finding someone that respects your time. I am only in the US for a few more days, and I expressed to him that before I left we could even get to the point of him making an appt. with my tenants and going out to the home, I would be so happy. (Most contractors in the area would either cancel their appt, or provide too long of a lead time- weeks). He completed the job before I thought possible, beyond expectations, for that I am SO grateful. Being active duty- it's always important to find someone that is trust worthy, reliable, self-motivated, and values your time. I will certainly be a return customer. PLEASE do not look anywhere else, if you happen to come across this business contact him, you will not be disappointed. Last note- he honors the military and gives an excellent discount! THANK YOU JAMES.
