Can't even give these Guys 1 star. "They ney never heard the noise the gate was making". Oh, really. So, without authorization or even a consult with property manager or owner. They put in a new motor, and other parts, and invoiced us $1,500. The same day the did the "repair" the gate still made the same noise.
Then when they came back to look st the gate again, not sure what they did that day, but they left without saying a word. Eitherway, gate was still making the noise.
Then when the owner called to find out what they did when they were here the second tome, they said it would be $2,500 to come back, without specifying what was causing the noise and what work would need to be done to repair it.
The property owner, manager and the 2 "Gate Guys" meet one more time, all 4 of us heard the noise, everytime it opened and closed. After property manager explained what she thought was causing the noise, they agreed that was the problem.
When asked why did they replace all those parts and charged us $1,500 when they knew what was causing the problem was something else? They said, when they were working on it the motor made a noise so we replaced it. They said the parts they replaced were worn and old and they would need to be replaced eventually.
Not once, did they say a word about what the property manager suggested was causing the noise, they just said it would be $2,500 for them to come back to fix it!
Well, from this experience and $1,500 dollars later, the gate still makes the noise and they had the nerve to say, it would cost $2,500 to come back and fix it!
Stongly recommend to continue looking for better gate guys. Honest gate guys who dont make excuses gate guys. read more
