Great breakfast, coffee. Beautiful space. Pastries also look great, but I'm not trying them!

1 Star Completely unacceptable…read more I ordered a meal and a coffee. The meal arrived, but after over ONE HOUR of waiting for the coffee, I finally asked what was happening. Only then was I told they were "too busy" and had simply forgotten my order. To make it worse, the manager's excuse was that the truck hadn't arrived with the hot cups. That's absurd. I was sitting down, not ordering takeaway, and I was absolutely not expecting a paper cup. A sit-down customer should be served coffee in a ceramic cup, period. No real apology. No accountability. Just excuses stacked on excuses. Being busy is not an excuse for forgetting an order for an hour, and supply issues are not the customer's problem. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic service standards. Terrible experience. Never going back. Avoid this place. This is an actual great açaí spot, and somehow they still have options and, which honestly feels unheard of when most places want $10-$15 for a tiny bowl that disappears in three bites. The bowls are fresh, filling, and done right, not watered down or overly sweet. The layout is clean, bright, and welcoming, and the whole space just feels easy to hang out in. Bonus points for the staff too. Everyone was genuinely friendly and upbeat, not rushed or robotic, which always makes the experience better. Perfect stop whether you're walking the Ave, post-workout, or just craving something fresh that doesn't wreck your wallet. Big fan. 3 Natives

It is very newly renovated and clean. The menu has a lot of options from acai bowls to salads to wraps, and the allergen information is clearly posted at the register. There are gluten free wraps as well. The wraps/sandwiches are $12 and each came with a bag of chips which is a good price for a really filling portion. All the ingredients tasted fresh. There was only one person making all the orders, including digital orders, and it was a little slow, but that's also not unexpected for a newly opened shop. Would definitely recommend!
