When you tell this to them, they say it's just policy. Policies that aren't secure or user friendly should be called out by customers. Second thing is that the front office person is exceptionally rude and lazy. It's funny how those two qualities always go together. A receptionist is supposed to be at the front office during work hours. When a person comes up and says they can do the form in person, you don't insist that they do it online if you care about your business. In hindsight it was good that I didn't enter my credit card details because I didn't end up using the service. Oh ... And the plaza with their office is dingy.

Notably, they do not use complex medical terms because they take the time to explain/for you to understand. During the exam, they could tell what symptoms I was experiencing due to the misalignments I had (without me verbally stating them). After correcting my subluxations, my symptoms were relieved. He actually takes the time to figure out what's going on instead of just doing a quick adjustment and sending you on your way. We've been working on a plan using the spinal decompression machine along with myofascial massage.
