It had gotten to the point where it was affecting my daily life, and I was having a hard time walking and staying active. Before making an appointment, I asked my obgyn if prenatal chiropractic care was something that would be ok, and she encouraged me to give it a try and I am so glad that I did! I had seen from other reviews that Dr. Chun has experience with prenatal chiropractic care and it really shows. His adjustments are very gentle, and Ive always felt completely comfortable and safe throughout my pregnancy. After a couple of visits my lower back felt so much better and I was able to get back to my normal activities like walking and working out without the constant discomfort. Ive continued seeing him throughout my pregnancy, and it's made such a difference in how I've been feeling! If you're pregnant and dealing with back or sciatic pain (or honestly any pregnancy related pain) I highly recommend Dr. Daniel Chun. He is knowledgeable, caring, and has helped make my pregnancy so much more comfortable.

The office staff is wonderful and made me very comfortable when I arrived early and had to wait a little bit. I highly recommend New Hope Chiropractic

Dr. Mouroux is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything. I especially appreciated his relaxed, respectful approach--I never felt pressured into any treatment. I came in with lower back pain related to disc wear and nerve irritation that was waking me up at night. I chose a package that included stretching, electrical stimulation, red light therapy, and manual adjustments. Having researched and visited other chiropractors, I felt the price was reasonable. By the end, my back had improved enough for me to complete a strenuous hike, which was a meaningful result for me. To give an honest picture, I was also exercising, paying attention to nutrition, and taking warm baths to relax my back. I believe the treatments contributed to my improvement, although I can't say how much came from any one part of that routine. For me, this was a valuable part of managing my back pain, rather than a quick or permanent fix. I know that keeping my back feeling good will require continued effort on my part. With that realistic perspective, I'm very happy with the care I received and would recommend Dr. Mouroux's office to anyone looking for thoughtful, supportive chiropractic care.

Top notch state of art in the equipment, I am definitely going to come here for adjustments and treatment for now on. I was really impressed and shocked at how he's set up for all sorts of treatments. I very highly recommend. Neurosurgeons, orthopedists, physiatrists, chiropractors, physical therapists--I tried everything from acupuncture, yoga, pilates, PT and cryotherapy to cortisone injections, muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatories. Nothing stopped the spasms. When a spasm happened, it would completely knock me out. I couldn't move until it finally subsided, and I constantly worried about when the next one would happen. Then I was referred to Elite Chiropractic and Dr. Ho and what a difference it has made! I have now gone 6+ weeks without a single spasm, and I'm cycling again and taking long walks without constantly worrying about my back going out. Dr. Ho is incredible. He has an amazing understanding of where my muscles are holding tension and knows exactly where to work to release it. Is the treatment uncomfortable? Yes! But for me, it has been completely worth it. After years of thinking I might just have to live with these spasms forever, I'm finally feeling like I have my life back. I can't thank Dr. Ho enough. If you've been frustrated and are struggling with back spasms/pain, I highly recommend Elite Chiropractic and Dr. Ho. He has made a huge difference for me!

Constant pain, difficulty walking, sitting, driving, it was starting to impact my mental health. Saw a physical therapist with no significant relief. Then a friend referred me to Elite. I've seen Dr. Lim three times and Dr. Ho once so far. + Flexible scheduling. They were able to get me in within a day. Don't be fooled by this availability -- they ARE really good. + They give you an exam AND initial treatment in the same day, both critical but I love that they give you some relief from Day 1. + Evaluation was super thorough. Lots of questions, watched me do daily activities, had me do some basic exercises with variations. + Treatment is painful. But EFFECTIVE. I walked out of that first treatment _absolutely_ pain-free -- literally felt like I was walking on clouds. This was the turning point in my pain -- after that treatment, it quickly and steadily got better. + Their attitude is not to keep you there for months -- they want to get you relief as quickly as possible, and they let you know this. + They spend time not just on treatment but on personalized exercises to increase strength and flexibility. At that first treatment, Dr. Lim taught me how to protect my core any time I'm transitioning positions, and I do that dozens of times each day and can feel the difference. Note: LOTS of professionals have tried to teach me how to protect my core - Dr. Lim is the first one to really demonstrate to me how to do it! + Competitive rates. They were more effective than the PT places I had been and more competitive rate-wise. + Plenty of parking in the lot. This place may not look like much from the outside (pretty standard strip mall), but what they do inside is amazing.

However, I had to do something to deal with sharp back pains, and Dr. Williams fixed me right up. She's nice, she's smart, she's efficient, she has really strong hands. She adjusts me thoroughly and then I leave. I've been coming here for years and can't recommend the office highly enough. If you are looking for a combination chiropractor/reiki/spa/aura calibration/chakra exchange program, this may not be the setup for you, but if you are looking for a good chiro adjustment without a lot of frills, this is the place. Even in some pretty painful situations she's bailed me out with just a few adjustments. If I was smart enough to go in for a proactive adjustment every six to eight weeks I could probably avoid the pain altogether. Although I have never been adjusted by him, I hear that Dr. Larry is quite good too. They offer massage therapy as well - never done it so I can't comment on that service.

Yes, I had to go 2-3 times a week, but only for a short time. I was totally recovered by Dr. Larry Williams and never needed surgery. Now I just go in about every 4-8 weeks for a proactive adjustment. People say chiropractors are addictive, but what I really found is now that I know what it is like to live without back pain and headaches, I don't delay to get treatment. Every now and again I'll get an injury from falling off a bike, dance related injuries, minor car accident, etc, and a couple of "top-up" visits to Dr. Larry Williams has me back in tip-top shape right away. I have also used both of their massage therapists on occasion. Both do an outstanding deep-tissue massage and are experts at working out "trigger points". They are the best massage therapists I've been to and are a steal compared to spas and salons. You get a full 50 minute massage, unlike at some spas/salons where they give you 10 minutes to change on each end, which ends up making your "hour" long massage closer to 35-40 minutes. That doesn't happen at Winchester Chiropractic, so you really get your money's worth for a massage.

I wanted to share my experience at Good Life Chiropractic because, overall, I really appreciated…read morethe kindness and professionalism of the team, and I think the clinic has a lot of potential to provide an even stronger patient experience. I had been dealing with lower back pain for several days that wasn't resolving on its own. Even though Yelp indicated the clinic was closed, I called and someone kindly answered the phone and was able to fit me in for a same-day appointment as long as I could come in quickly. I really appreciated how accommodating they were. The clinic itself was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The chairs and equipment looked new and sturdy, and I noticed how much effort the team put into keeping everything tidy. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, and Fred, the technician who brought me back, was especially helpful. He was knowledgeable and took the time to ask relevant questions about my back pain and situation. I felt like he genuinely wanted to understand what I was experiencing. When the doctor came in, she was professional and clearly knowledgeable in her field. My main reason for not giving the experience a higher rating is that the interaction with the doctor felt somewhat rushed. The actual adjustment itself took approximately 5-7 minutes, and while I understand that chiropractic visits can be brief, I still had several questions I wanted to ask. At times, I felt like I had to quickly get a question in before she was ready to leave the room. What made this a little more confusing for me was that immediately afterward, I noticed there didn't appear to be anyone else waiting in the lobby. That left me wondering if there was a reason I felt so rushed, because I would have really appreciated another few minutes to explain my job duties and work and what may have contributed to my situation. I don't expect a lengthy appointment, but I do think patients benefit from having enough time to feel heard and leave with their questions answered. One other piece of feedback I wanted to mention is privacy. During both my time with Fred and with Dr. K, the door remained open, and I could hear conversations taking place throughout the clinic. I am actually somewhat hard of hearing, so I found it interesting that I was still able to hear other conversations outside the room. I understand that every clinic has its own setup and workflow, but having the door closed during patient consultations, when possible, might provide a greater sense of privacy and allow patients to focus more comfortably on their conversation with the provider. The pricing felt fair, and I genuinely appreciated the entire front-office team and how clean and organized the clinic was. My feedback is really coming from a place of wanting to see the clinic succeed because I think there is a lot of knowledge and potential within the team.

These were generally focused on rolling out the muscles and applying heat to encourage blood flow. Ultimately, all these treatments ended up in the same place where they tell me there is not much else they can do besides self management. More recently, I developed minor hip and knee aches while doing squats, likely due to the combination of various past lifting injuries, a motorcycle accident, and the accumulated stress from my prolonged standing for 12+ hours a day, 7 days of the week, over the past 10 years. I tried my usual rehab exercises and stretches from my history of past lifting injuries but the ache persisted for a couple of months. My sister introduced me to Dr. Lyu, as he has successfully treated several of her pain issues over the years. Dr. Lyu listened carefully to my problem areas and asked me relevant questions. He started with basic rehab treatments such as Graston Technique (similar to Gua Sha) on my back and adjustments on my hip and knees. I was initially skeptical after the first couple of sessions since I felt no change, but the difference maker was his electrohydraulic shockwave therapy machine, SoftWave. It is a unique experience, not one without some discomfort, and I started off at a pretty high power level which reflects the severity of my chronic issues. The results have been astounding after just under 3 months of treatment. Most of my aches have significantly lessened and my knee ache has virtually become non-existent. Dr. Lyu's electrohydraulic shockwave therapy may be the solution to your chronic pain. However, it is important to communicate with him openly about what you feel during each session. He makes careful assessments and adjustments based on your feedback, which shows that he truly cares about improving every patient's overall health.
