Very impressive on first tryout. So I bought a package of more than $2600. Made 2 appointments on the same week. I asked how long for the 1st appointment, they said 15 minutes, okay. I asked how long for the 2nd appointment, since more to do, so 1 hour they said. Pretty good. However on my 2nd appointment, when I walked out and see the time, the service only takes less than 40 minutes, I'm a little bit disappointed. 10 min work on chiropractor, 10 min on 1 machine, another 10 min on another machine. I feel so fortunate to have found Resolve Chiropractic! I got in a car accident a few years back where a large truck rear ended my Toyota Corolla. At the time I refused to believe that I felt any pain. 6 months later, I found myself having to turn my entire upper body to look out of the blind spot of my car while driving. I could not turn my neck. I decided to give chiropractic care a chance. During my initial meeting with Dr. Eva, she was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I've been going to Resolve Chiropractic since the end of October 2022 with back, neck, and especially problems with my feet. It took me awhile to seek for help and I was skeptical about going to a chiropractor because "when they fix you, it's only temporary." The reason why I decided to go is because my boyfriend started going here first and he persuaded me since his issues had been RESOLVED. I've been going to Dr.Eva and sometimes Dr.Kevin. They both are knowledgeable, super friendly, and they really want to understand what you're going through to give you the best care possible. Kevin is gentle because he wants to understand the movement and can really pin point what and where he needs to fix you. He's also a magician with cracking necks. I know a lot of people hesitate with their necks but Kevin does it quick with one try. Eva is great with educating you, also can pin point where she needs to fix you, she's small but can be rough to get in all the nooks and crannies, and really fast and efficient with taking your Xray! The biggest issue that I was loosing hope for was my feet. It's been 5-6 months and I was wondering why my feet still has that sharp pain every time I walk and feeling tender to the touch. It was also my fault for not telling them I still feel pain after getting adjusted, so if you do then please let them know. They are more than happy to solve the problem. It wasn't until they finally got new machines, like an X-ray to figure out what really is happening. I kid you not, Eva finally took me in to get my X-ray, examined my pictures, right away found something tiny was off, went back to the room to adjust me.... I found this place with great reviews on Yelp and decided to book an appt bc my neck had been bothering me for awhile. The first consultation was $135 with first adjustments. And then she introduced a "care package" which was $320 for 4 appts no matter how many adjustments. But ur suppose to buy 4 of those. My first visit was great, lots of new adjustments.. lots of info spewed at me of what was going on with all my parts. The next visits were a bit less satisfactory bc they have patients 15mins after another and feels like something else is on their mind with a different patient while it's ur appt time. I felt the doctor never followed thru with what she said she would do for me.. for example she mentioned she wanted me to do a popsicle exercise for my jaw.. i asked her for a video or instructions and she said she would give them to me but she never did. The next appt i would come to, it seemed like they forgot what they did for me.. i just never felt like there was a clear plan for my treatment yet they kept booking my next appt and each appt was like that. Adjustments themselves i felt weren't as good as two other practices i went to. I would be careful of booking if u can't make it bc she will charge the full appt which she does outline at the start.. but when i texted with her she said she was reasonable about it so i had to cancel twice with hours notice but she still charged me. I wrecked my back doing dead lifts a few years back. Before seeing Eva I would get burning sensations in my lower back from just sitting for 10min.
