Be warned, Dr. Fisher is a terrible business person. I was referred by a friend who said the appointments were $80 each. I show up for my first appointment and at the very end, Dr. Fisher mentions that this first appointment will cost "a little more than the usual $80, but I received a discount" because of my referral. I did not think much of this and continued to get treatment for the following two days since she insisted I was in bad shape. Upon concluding my third treatment, I had been feeling a decent amount better. Dr. Fisher insisted I schedule with her the follow Sunday and Tuesday, which I insisted I didn't have time for, multiple times. Upon the third suggestion of scheduling Tuesday, I reluctantly agreed after she said she would tentatively schedule me. My very busy week rolls around and I get a text message Tuesday evening when my appointment was tentatively scheduled asking if I was coming in. I promptly replied, no I didn't think this date was set in stone since we didn't confirm. She claimed she sent me an email confirmation which I did not receive, then asks me for my email address which I had given her prior to our first appointment. She then claims that "our system says we emailed you. We have a hard cancellation policy." I checked my inbox and spam and confirmed I did not receive any sort of reminder and that this appointment was heavily pushed on me and that I didn't think it was fair to be charged. She said she is sorry I feel that way. I was immediately infuriated and was charged the full price for the appointment I had "missed". I had insisted that I should have gotten some sort of communication back because she was the one who insisted I come in after repeatedly informing her I was busy. She refused to admit any fault. Afterwards, I check my bank statement and I had been charged $150 for my first appointment. I then asked, did I even receive a discount for my first appointment, you had said it would cost "a little more than the usual $80". She then said oh yes, our first appointments cost $200. Her inability to communicate and follow up with me as well as her unwillingness to admit any fault throughout my experience with her was appalling. Would not recommend. read more

Shhhh...don't tell the physical therapists I work with, but I went to Dr. Fisher for a few months for some lower back, neck and shoulder pain. She offered to come to my house, but I thought that the cats would likely try to horn in on the adjustment and the dog would probably knock her over just as she was ready to put something vital back in place, so I met her at UFC gym, where she was also my personal trainer. I know, blows your mind, doesn't it? The best of both worlds. I already knew by this time that she did excellent manual therapy, such as ART (Active Release Technique) and The Graston Technique (hurts so good - LOL), so I decided to trust her with the rest of my musculoskeletal system. It was an excellent experience. I have to admit to being a little fearful going in, but she did a very thorough assessment and used good clinical judgment across sessions. My back pain subsided first, while my neck hung on for dear life (I admit to a fair amount of muscle guarding there), but Dr. Fisher was patient with me, and I feel so much better now.
