The texture of the base was fine, but the flavor missed the mark. Their smoothies actually looked a bit better, so if I ever went back, I'd probably try a smoothie instead, though I wouldn't go out of my way to return. My friend ordered the Rainbow Poke Bowl. He claimed it tasted fresh, wasn't dry, and had a lot of good flavors. It had a bit of a Hawaii vibe to the flavoring that reminded him of the islands, and while it was better than other mainland poke options, it still didn't quite compare to the real thing in Hawaii. The staff were very nice, and the interior of the shop is very decorative and cute. However, the location is in a rougher area with bad parking.
