Pretty tasty, but sweeter than expected, and one had to really hunt for any tiny little lobster pieces. Our table had 2 black and bleu burgers w/really good fries; the brisket grilled cheese, which our friend said was delicious, w/fries; and the ala-carte tacos which were amply filled but needed seasoning desperately. No accompanying salsa, and no crispy chips or other sides. Each taco came on its own separate tiny plate, so they cooled very quickly.

If there is a better little neighborhood place than the Friendly Fox, I'd like to know about it. This little secret is a treasure. The food is very good (Particularly the spring rolls!) but the sandwiches are good as well. I always save room for dessert because it is also a coffee bar offering a nice selection of sweets sure to satisfy my occasional sweet tooth. I prefer to eat outside in pretty weather and even enjoy the local musicians who frequent the place. This is a great little place all day long. read more
