The chicken was fresh and hot, grilled and very tender and a good amount of it and topped with some tortellini which were also hot and fresh. They also used some canned mixed veggies on top with fresh cheese and some fresh sliced veggies. I would have preferred mixed salad greens and not iceberg lettuce. Nice portion size. Fresh breadsticks and whipped butter were served as well. Given the very few good food choices in this area, it's a good option IMHO. Waitstaff was very courteous and cheerful. Most importantly, the place was very clean and smelled like fresh soup was cooking when you walked in. read more

We have been stopping here for years along 70 from Cincinnati to Connecticut. It's a casual place with reasonable prices and good food. Not elegant it fancy or specialty, just good food. The burgers are tasty, the chicken is real chicken breast, and the Greek fare is good. The grape leaves are tasty, the spanakopita and tyropita are very good and flaky. The Greek salad is spring mix, tyropita, spanakopita, Kalamata olives, feta, grape leaves, and Greek dressing. Huge salad for less than $8. A good stop for non- fast food. I also liked the quesadilla, it was basic pub food. The gyro was tasty and tender and the tzatziki was tasty. Everything was hot, tasty, and fresh. It's not a gourmet place, so come on by and enjoy a burger and fries or a gyro. read more

We had acdelicious meal and excellent, attentive service tonight -- regardless of the record cold outside. Black bean burger (homemade) was one of the best we've had -- made all that better with sautéed onions and mushrooms. Huge Caesar salad (without the chicken -- we're vegetarians) and an order of sweet potato fries rounded out our shared meal. Restaurant was highly recommended at the front desk of hotel where we're staying on our way west. The Forum exceeded expectations. read more

No one goes home hungry from this restaurant. The portions are enormous. The Greek salad included spanakopita , dolmas, and tiropita. Large portions of each. Couldn't finish it. Pretty much the only place serving any vegetarian options in town, but didn't disappoint. read more

After a long day in the road, the Forum was across the street from my lodging for the night. It was relatively late although the restaurant was open for another hour, most likely for their bar patrons. I was greeted promptly and the waitress immediately took my drink order. The motif and the gist of the menu is Greek. I was undecided between a Greek-marinated chicken fish and a Greek-marinated steak. Ultimately the steak won out with a side salad and a baked potato. The salad arrived quickly and while it was nothing special, the ingredients were fresh. The steak arrived fairly soon after the salad. Ordered Medium-Rare, it was cooked perfectly-a rarity for med-rare that typically arrives either raw or medium. The marinade left a very mild flavor, almost nonexistent. That said, the steak was excellent-tender and full of flavor. The next time I'm in the area, I intend to sample the Greek offerings!! read more

On my drive out to PA I stopped here with a colleague to check it out. Our server was very, very friendly, though not the quickest to attend to our needs - but we weren't on a time crunch, so no harm here. The food was okay, not fantastic, but honestly I wasn't expecting fantastic. They have a little bit of everything, so no doubt you can find something on the menu for everyone in your party. Seeing what else Cambridge has to offer and the frequency at which I drive through, I'm sure I'll be stopping in again to try some other fare on the menu. read more

I know many scoff at these places- as being provincial or low brow. We stopped on way to Dayton and on way back. Why? Perfect execution and care with simple ingredients. On the way we had a fruit plate with a humongous scoop of chicken salad in center. Not over sauced salad, and chock full of walnuts and mandarin oranges. On the way back chicken soup- greek style- as a special with just the right amount of lemon to flavor. Mediterranean dishes often use lemon and knowing how is imperative. Gee, my first cup was so good I had to get another to be sure it was that good. Rice and cubes of chicken white meat in just the right amount. Boy, it is on my GPS so I can stop every time. Excellent Greek salad, just can't say enough good things about it. Excellent presentation, perfect dressing, dolmades, Spanakopita. The Avgolemono soup was not as lemon-infused as I've had in the past, but this comfortable, locally-owned establishment's recipe for a favorite was very good. Friendly service! read more

We went with a Italian combo, blooming onion, pizza and baklava as this is predominantly a Greek/ Italian joint. We were happy with the taste of the food, yet we waited for take out and our pizza was cold upon pick up. The timing may have been off and it was busy but cold pizza is a let down. We got home and found they had forgotten the side salad and sauce for the blooming onion. Unfortunately everything was great other than those few blips. I would still go here and try it out!! I had a hankering for Greek food and the baklava was a bit on the soggy side but still tasty as always! Probably would come back in to give it another try. read more

Let's start off with the atmosphere is nice and staff is friendly. The waitress kept our drinks filled. Now let's get to the food. We order the party platter appetizer. Looked good when it came. Took a bite of the stuffed potatoes and find a HAIR in the cheese from the potato!! GROSS... Then we get our main course I ordered the sizzling steak fajitas. They where bland with absolutely no taste. The tortillas where hard around tge edges like they have been sitting out for awhile. The guacamole that I had to pay extra for had no flavor at all. My coworker ordered the chicken Alfredo. The broccoli was hard some of the noodles where also crunchy. Now we are from out of town and travel a lot for work. My steak was very dry and not cooked to medium rare like I usually like it. Also my friends Rib Eye was not very appetizing to them as well. WOW! Just WOW!!! Who knew?????? I live in West Virginia and travel to Cleveland Clinic regularly. We stop off in Cambridge often to fill our tummies and our gas tanks. We have passed this restaurant dozens of times but finally gave in to our curiosity on 5/2/19 and stopped in to give it a shot. It was after the rush and we were seated immediately. Our server appeared as quickly to get us some soft drinks and drop in our order for the appetizer sampler. Fantastic! I can't tell you what the things in the sampler were except to say they were delicious. While the side salad wasn't a Cobb salad it was a suitable side salad as the name would suggest. Everything in it was perfectly fresh and well prepared. We highly approved. Bread sticks were great and plentiful with an abundance of real butter. Then the entrees arrived ... OH MY! I had ordered the seafood fettuccine and my wife the three piece combo with spaghetti, something else and some type of grilled chicken with cheesy marinara sauce. OK Here's where it REALLY gets good. My bowl of seafood fettuccine was HUGE and probably the best I've ever had anywhere and this is my go-to, measuring stick meal order so I get it a lot. There was MORE seafood than noodles in this thing. 3 or 4 bites in I was full but I could not stop eating. It was just too good. if it had only been a single item fettuccine there was enough of EACH item to satisfy any diner but there were scallops, shrimp and crab meet in it. Every time I took a bite I looked at my wife and said "oh my!" So she wanted to try it and swapped me a few bites of her chicken. This stuff was no joke! When I say grilled chicken I don't mean it had dark marks across it. I mean it oozed a charcoal grill flavor that was out of this world! We enjoyed this place so much that we stopped there again on our way home the next evening. We, stupidly, ordered an appetizer again. Tonight it was the artichoke dip as we were thinking it would be smaller - WRONG. I wanted to stop eating but I just couldn't do it. They make THEIR OWN pita bread. Geez!!! Then came the chicken tenders and my wife's steak. Same results, different meals. My chicken was perfect and delectable. Her steak was prepared exactly as she requested(ruined)!!!! She always gets her steak well or medium well. It's an awful thing to do but that the way she likes it ... and she loved it. We WILL be returning as frequently as possible. LOVED IT !!!!! read more

Traveling through Ohio and found this nice family run place for dinner. There's a bar/restaurant in front and booths/tables in back. Tastefully decorated and very clean. My pork chop was a little dry but the seasoning more than made up for it. The steak fajitas were delicious. Service was cheerful and attentive. All in all, a much better alternative to the chain places in the surrounding area. A great choice if you stay in one of the area hotels. read more

We ate here for date night and had the chicken Alfredo and Paresian seafood pasta. The Alfredo was bland, luke warm and hardly edible. The Paresian pasta clearly states in the menu that it consists of shrimp, scallops and crab meat. The scallops were barely visible and the crab was imitation. We asked our server if the crab was imitation to which she said yes and when we suggested it should state that in the menu she said it does. No where in that menu does it state that, we checked. When you walk in to The Forum you get the feeling that you're about to have almost an elegant, fine dining experience with the way the interior is designed, and then your food is served. I gave two stars simply due to the fact that the house ranch dressing and fries were good, and the gyro was great for the price. The rest of the plates were full of bland flavors, with presentations that looked like meals served at a hospital cafeteria. Pork chop was dry, chicken Alfredo tasted similar to a lean cuisine, and the small pepperoni pizza....I'm not sure what to say about this one other than I hope there was just a mistake made in the kitchen. Extremely undercooked, I'm not sure if pizza sauce was even used, and it was served at room temperature. If you want a better pizza, save the time, stay home and pop a Digorno into the oven. Maybe we stopped by at a bad time, but I was very disappointed in this high rated restaurant and will not be returning. read more

We stayed in Cambridge for 10 days and ate at several restaurants. This was by far was the best restaurant we ate at. It was Saturday night and they were very busy. We were seated very quickly. Our waitress was very friendly and extremely efficient. My husband and daughter had the ranch dressing and said it was fantastic. My prime rib was very tasty but because wanted it rare it was not very warm. But still very good. Over all 5 stars. We wanted to thank our waitress we believe her mane was (Kim). This place doesn't try to be anything more than what it is, a down home restaurant where you can get classic American fare / diner food / country cooking. By keeping it simple, they achieve a sort of excellence in my opinion. Make no mistake, this is not fine dining, but it's higher quality than a Denny's or some chain restaurant and the service aims to please. This is the second time I've stopped in over the last month between the Midwest and NYC on I-70. I'll definitely be back for a ribeye and a baked potato next time I'm passing through. My sister and I have stopped here several times on trips to Columbus. The food has always been good, but we've always played it safe and got familiar food. This past time, we decided to be a bit more adventurous . We started with the Greek Sampler! Yum!! A variety of Greek finger foods such as sponikopita, stuffed grape leaves, and chunks of feta cheese. Delicious ! I ordered the Olympic Chicken which is served with fettuccine and my sister ordered the Chicken Kopanista. Omg, there was so much flavor packed into that pasta dish!!! With all the veggies and chicken sautéed in olive oil and a Greek blend of herbs and spices, it was definitely one of the best pasta dishes that I'd ever had!! My sister was very pleased with her chicken also. It was moist and juicy and the sauce was delicious!!! Service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Can't wait until my next trip to Columbus!!! I do have one suggestion. In the Olympic Chicken dish, it was a bit too salty (and I'm usually the one to add salt) and there was way too much olive oil.
