He said if if the winds didn't die down he was going to have to reschedule. Never contacted me back to let me know. By 2:30 there was virtually no wind. When 3:30 came and he didn't show up we called him and he said he had already let me know he couldn't come because of the wind (which was nonexistent at this point). He never once apologized or tried to make things right. He seems to be very flaky and so far we have been unsuccessful in even getting him to show up for one single appointment. I'm not sure how someone with such poor reliability and customer service can run a business. But I do know that we will not ever attempt to use this company's services in the future. Nor will we recommend them. This whole experience has been extremely frustrating.

The extent of the issue was not immediately apparent. When I raised concerns, communication was limited. The work appeared incomplete, and some equipment was left behind. Although I was told the entire system had been cleaned, the main trunk line did not appear to have been accessed. Management indicated that the issues would be addressed and mentioned possible refunds for service and replacement of some affected items, but these were not ultimately provided. I also requested proof of liability insurance, but it was not provided to me.
