He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. On the day of the install, the head installer (Baltazar) showed up on time. It took him two days to complete the job. Couldn't be happier! Very friendly and professional! I'm not really sure why I did business with them. Won't do it again. They seem to always be on the defensive. My carpet is not the same as the sample I gave them but they insisted it is. She can't see the difference, clearly there is a difference but she doesn't want to see it. Oh it's like pulling teeth. Dry and brash. Oh I dislike people who can't accept when they are wrong.

In the home they quoted $17,000 to install 1300 square feet of LVP even though at the store on my first visit the salesman estimated $9000. Then they pretended to make some calls and miraculously got the price down to $11,000 - without baseboards included. I've had 3 other in-home. estimates with the same LVP with baseboards included and none were over $9000. They wanted to charge almost $10K just for the LVP which I already had priced at another supplier for $5K. Very dishonest people probably trying to take advantage of who they thought was a gullible woman. Do your homework and shop around! (Ibraham was a very pushy sales guy)
