I popped in with the girls for late night drinks in a Friday night. We arrived during the shoulder time, but the staff were very kind and polite. Drinks were deliciously made, strong with flavors. The ambiance was chill at first ans got livelier as the night went on. The music selection was top top. Lately, the views are amazing! NYC's beautiful skyline at play. Now all I have to do is pop in earlier for HH. I'll definitely be returning.
Up on the 35th floor enjoying the view along with birthday drinks with my good friend. Happy hour, Martini specials, Martini flights were all the highlights of our top floor lounge experience. Views of the Empire State Building among other notable NYC cityscapes at sunset was a highlight as I held on to one of my Martini drinks. Service was attentive, from host to servers, good vibe, not crowded at the time, but will definitely be back for another cocktail.

This spot has been on my rooftop tour of NYC and I finally made it. A Friday night HH w/ one of my favs. We had reservs and were sat right away. While we were there for HH, we only ordered food off the HH menu. We had sliders & marg pizza. It definitely assuaged the hunger I had. Unfortunately, the drink I wanted wasn't on the HH menu...but worth it. I had the Mr. Pink and my companion had the Lilac Jane. I imagine I'll be back!
The view is nice but I'm clearly just not made for NYC lounge culture. We had a reservation for 3 and they sat us at this weird bench and expected us to all 3 sit on the bench around the tiny table instead of giving us a stool. I ended up taking a stool from an unoccupied table bc it was too scrunched with us all sitting like that. The server took forever to come take our orders and she was not particularly friendly when I was asking questions about the menu. I got a glass of rose and it was fine but forgettable. The main draw to this spot is the view, which is really nice. So for that alone I gave them an extra star. But I wouldn't be in a hurry to return
The Fleur Room is gorgeous. The views are great and the vibe is super chic. My favorite part was the martini flight. They were really good. Each one was fun, tasty, and just felt like part of the whole experience. That said, the food situation was kind of disappointing. There were only like 3 or 4 things to choose from, and everything was pretty pricey for what you get. It's definitely more of a drinks-and-views kind of spot than a place to come hungry. Honestly if I go back just for the drinks, stay for the views I would grab dinner somewhere else first.
We decided to pop into The Fleur Room while staying downstairs at the Moxy Hotel. We did not have to wait to get into the bar, which is a huge plus in NYC, at around 7:00PM on a Friday. I ordered a French 75, and was impressed that the bartender knew exactly what this drink was (I have issues ordering this sometimes, I guess no one knows what it is). He made the most delicious French 75 I have ever had. We were able to snag a seat next to the window, which is also a huge plus, given the views from this rooftop bar are incredible. A few bars down the street have the same view, but charge a minimum spend of $75 per person, so The Fleur Room is a great place to grab a drink and admire the city skyline for a fraction of the price. I knocked one star off this review because The Fleur Room felt slightly pretentious. Most of the seating is reserved. We did not reserve any seating and just crossed our fingers that we wouldn't be asked to move.
We were able to snag a seat at the bar without a reservation. Our bartender was very aware of our needs, she even gave me a club soda refill without me asking when I was almost finished with it. We went for the mini martini happy hour which is a good deal and cute gimmick. I tried the dirty and the cosmo, I liked the dirty the cosmo was a bit too sour for my liking. The area without the bar that is mostly lounge tables has the good views. Overall it was a fun time.
Stylish & upscale lounge with a dress code at late hours. Went for a birthday celebration on Friday and were able to sit down at the table. The view is gorgeous and interior is beautiful. We ordered most of happy hour food (bar style food), portions were small but menu had variety. We also got a bottle of rose (didn't expect it to be big size). Tables are low and couches are comfortable to lounge on but not eat. Mixed crowd, security is there but some people just hang out & took pictures invading customers space. Service was implacable, waiter & manager very professional.

You have to go to the second floor, check in with the bouncer and use a different elevator to go upstairs. The rooftop bar has ample lounge seating but not much actual bar seating. I didn't have a reservation so I couldn't get a lounge seat but found a seat at the bar. They have good happy hour deals where mini martinis, wine, beer and appetizers are $9. It is a steal. I had wine, bar snacks and pizza sticks and my total came to $27. Great deal as most places will charge $25 for one drink. Service at the bar was prompt and friendly. The views are spectacular and that is the main draw of coming here. Otherwise, this is a pretty average hotel bar. The drinks were served in plastic glasses which was interesting and cheapened the overall experience. The bar is beat up and could use some paint touch ups/light maintenance. The elevators have worn away buttons. Little things like this are the difference between an upscale cocktail bar and an average cocktail bar. I wouldn't come here if not for happy hour and pay $20 for drinks and $20 for food. If you're going to spend that kind of money, you should go to a more upscale place (like Little Ned down the street) where it feels more worth it. The food was pretty average and the pizza was just a minor step above a frozen pizza you make at home. The sound level inside was pretty loud and they had the music turned up high. If you want a cheap happy hour, this is a good spot. But if you want to drop $100 or so, your money is best spent elsewhere.
We came here for a night out and it was perfect. There is an outside bar area and inside bar area with couches. The view was BEAUTIFUL. And they played a good mix of music so we were happy!! Drinks were decent as well!
Located atop the Moxy Hotel in Chelsea, this rooftop is floral themed with floor to ceiling windows, boasting glorious Midtown city views. I came here with friends on a Friday night to celebrate a birthday, and there was no cover charge before 8:30PM. The place was elegant, tastefully decorated with colorful hanging flowers in certain areas, as well as spacious. There were 2 separate rooms and each had a slightly different ambiance. The one we stayed in was more open and chill, while the other side felt sexy and sultry. There was a Happy Hour menu, which included both food and drink options. I'm always happy to see food being offered. I ordered the Wagyu Meatball Sliders, served with melted cheese. The Wagyu Meatballs were tender, saucy, and full of bold seasoning. Later, my friend and I shared Truffle Fries, which were oh so addicting, satisfyingly crunchy with true truffle taste. Overall, we enjoyed a lovely evening here in this beautiful space. read more

I'm sure the spot is better looking at night. But it didn't look as adorable as the pictures online. It actually looked a bit tacky in the daylight. But overall it was a decent spot. The drinks were great and service was decent. read more
I discovered this high-rise bar when a group was hosting an event here. The space is super IG-worthy from its floral aesthetics to the incredible views. Once you get off the elevator, there is a room on each side. The views on the left are more vast and the right side gets you up closer to the Empire State Building. They've really nailed the decor here though with all the florals and velvet lounges. It's very girly, so perfect for a girls night rather than a date. read more
This is a beautiful lounge with cute floral decor. It has big windows that look out to the buildings. Definitely very chill/relaxing vibes when grabbing a drink. Service is quick when ordering at the bar. Great spot to grab a drink with friends or on a date. read more

Came here for happy hour. I like the decor from the main floor to the rooftop. The bar is fully stocked, and the staff are welcoming. Bartender Phillips was very nice. In the fluer room, there are two sides with two bars, both overlooking the city with a gorgeous view. The bar is fully stocked, and they offer light bites. On the main floor is where you can dine if you really want food food; also very nicely decorated. Both are lovely spaces to sit and have a conversation or mingle. The happy hour menu doesn't really offer much in terms of drinks. I opted for a glass of rose, which was good. For food, I ordered the prosciutto stuffed mozzarella sticks, which were ok. If you buy a regular menu item drink, you get a small bouquet of flowers; I thought it was going to be bigger but still cute and thoughtful. I would definitely return to check it out on a Wednesday night, which seems to be the popular night. read more
Went out here on a Saturday night and the vibes were great (only because the DJ was amazing and the views were pretty). HOWEVER THE SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!! The bartenders were incredibly rude, especially this one female bartender was EXTREMELY rude to every single girl trying to get drinks at the bar! The security at the bathroom were also unbelievably rude and rushed everyone in and out! It was a fun night (only because of the DJ and the amazing promoter, but the staff at the bar and bathroom were absolutely horrible)! read more
This was a very cute spot for a 50th Birthday party. We ate dinner in the restaurant in this large space in the back. Shout out to the staff who was all tall dark and so very handsome. They were the eye candy lawdy!! There was about 8 -10 of us and we had a grand time. The bartender was also good, no complaints. They did not have a waiter the time we went so we had to order at the bar which was not a problem for me. The staff still brought the food to our table and got anything else we asked for they were great! The place also has a rooftop section with a dj. That seemed to get a little touristy later in the evening. The music was good throughout the whole establishment. Overall a very enjoyable experience. read more

We visited The Fleur Room for our college reunion. This is a very Instagrammable restaurant. The interiors look beautiful and the has amazing sunset views overlooking Manhattan. The drinks were great. Most of the staff is courteous. There isn't much of food options here but the place is a great catch to have quality time with your loved ones and get amazing pictures. We would definitely visit it again for the vibes! read more

You've ever been to a place and just know you're not welcomed ? No matter have fancy you're dressed... they only want ONE type of person there. Do with that info what you may. You must open a tab or pay your full bill right away when ordering food and drinks... is this a real rule or just a rule for certain people? Food for thought .... Bad on roof does not serve any good besides fries and cheese. On de one floor it's freezing cold and people wearing coats. First floor only for certain guests ... good luck .. they clearly pay for their social media reviews ! read more
Ordered: Lilac Jane (~$19): Malfy gin, lime, grapefruit infused pea flower tea, lavender Aya's take: The Fleur Room feels upscale and casual at the same time and offers great views of NYC & the Empire State building. The seating is comfortable and the music was at a reasonable volume when we went (6:30pm on a Friday). The Lilac Jane was delicious; I enjoyed the pea flower tea and lavender paired with the gin. It was super light, not too sweet, and great to sip on while I caught up with some friends. Prices are high but that's typical for a NYC rooftop bar. read more

I will say this place did have amazing views of Midtown with a 360 view all the way around the club. I did not try the food but the drinks were pretty strong and the servers, bartender and staff were friendly to me. I could see this being a great place to take a date before it turns into a full fledged nightclub. I'm almost 50 and was in there past 2am! This is definitely a younger crowd after hours and my old ass had nooooooo business being there lol read more

View was pretty! Decor was pretty! Very Instagrammable with a lot of floral decor. One side decorated like night club. Service was good, as we came right after they open. Cocktails were pretty but not so yummy! Prefect for the gram not for the taste. Plastic cocktail glasses, not a fan. But that's pretty much 90% of the rooftop bars on the city. If you have a out of city guest, you will impress them with the view. If you are local, especially for those who lives in the city , constantly checking out new rooftop bar, this was OK. Was giving a 3 stars but with The view and IGable decor, leaving it 4 just to be fair. read more

Terrible! Terrible drinks! The daisy cocktail was so sour and completely inedible! The service or lack there of was even worse! Over priced, and not worth it. They're only interested in selling bottle service. So many better places to visit in the city, save your money. See picture below for the worst cocktail ever. Visited on a Friday after work with a fairly large group (about 10 of us). The decor and ambiance of this place is amazing. The waitress was attentive and we never had to wait long for our drinks. Not many food options so don't come hungry. Great views of the Empire State Building! read more
Upscale club/scale, perfect for a large party for any special event. Views were immaculate, especially of the Empire State. Dj played amazing hits throughout the night. Only caveat was the minimum spend, prices were ABSURD. read more
This place was such an ambiance. You come here to experience the view and decor more than anything else. We came in pretty early on a Friday night and we got in with ease and without cover. The drink I ordered was good and we were lucky enough to have a booth with a view of the Empire State Building. You would think that a classy place like this would serve their drinks in glass over plastic so that was disappointing. The popcorn snack was tasty but a little stale. That popcorn was not fresh and should have been hot. Service was okay. When we left there was a dj on one side of the place and it was very vibey but not my type of music. I would probably come back so it's a good spot overall. read more
