The presentation alone was impressive when it came to the table, but more importantly, it was cooked beautifully juicy, tender, perfectly charred on the outside, and packed with flavor. Definitely made for sharing. We paired it with the street corn, which was loaded with seasoning, cheese, and just the right amount of spice. It was the perfect side to balance out such a rich steak. The Hideaway also nails the atmosphere. It's intimate, stylish, a little sexy, and feels tucked away from everything even though you're right in Beverly Hills. The whole place makes dinner feel like an experience. Great steak, great sides, beautiful setting, and a really fun night out. Definitely 5 stars for me.

When I approached the restaurant's hostess stand there was nobody there so I just waited patiently for a few moments for someone to come. A young lady entered behind me and walked past the hostess stand carrying a cake and I assumed that she was maybe already inside. But no, she walked past me and grabbed the hostess's attention as she was heading back to the hostess stand. The hostess did help her out even though she came in after me.. And I was still at the hostess stand waiting. It did kind of leave a little bit of a mark in my mind but it didn't ruin the night for me. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. My food was good for the most part but what we ordered was not worth what I spent. I ordered the Tablita. The meat was seasoned perfectly and delicious. I also prefer a medium well steak. Several pieces of my steak were charred to the point of bitterness around the edges. My biggest issue with the Tablita is the sides are not enough to share. There was about a cup of rice and one cup of beans to split between two people. All of the sides and condiments were basically enough for one person. The grilled onions, the guacamole, the Pico and pickled onions were a great compliment to the meal, but I still don't believe the $145 price tag was worth it. I understand that this is a Mexican style steakhouse, but even at steakhouses shareable meals include shareable sides. We ordered an extra side of the Esquites and honestly, it reminded me more of corn with taco seasoning than actual street corn. Unfortunately, we didn't eat most of the corn. Also, it was my mom's birthday. I put that it was her birthday on the reservation and that was not acknowledged by anyone.. That was a little bit disappointing. Most steakhouses do some sort of a birthday acknowledgment. I can't say that the experience was completely ruined. My mom still enjoyed herself. And it was an opportunity for us to try something new. I would come back again and maybe try happy hour or tacos at the bar. But I 100% certain will never order those same items again. Bonus points for having very delicious chips and salsa and purse hooks at every table at least on the patio.

This was the experience I had hoped for on my trip. The views are absolutely incredible! There are tables along the glass wall that overlooks the city, grab one of these if you can. I had a spot at the bar, which still has great views, until a table opened up. I had a Paloma, which was the perfect balance of citrus and sweet. I had dinner earlier, so I ordered a fruit plate for a sweet treat. It was really good, tajin and chamoy were on the side to dip in. I also ordered an El Camino Old Fashioned. This was a fantastic cocktail! This hit every mark I wanted in an Old Fashioned. Mezcal, Tequila, Bourbon, there is no better drink, in my opinion. I quite enjoyed the quiet evening overlooking the city and having an upscale LA moment.

The rooftop atmosphere is the highlight, it has that perfect indoor/outdoor vibe, It's definitely a hotspot, especially in the evenings when hotel guests and locals come in to grab drinks, relax, and enjoy the lounge atmosphere. The food was really good, the drinks were great, and the service was outstanding. We ordered the hamachi, carne asada tacos, fries, and a barbacoa quesadilla. Everything was delish! Our server was genuinely so friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. There is only valet available and it gets pretty packed at night. This is definitely a hot spot for a meet up with friends. Highly recommend for the overall vibes.

Perfect for cocktail hour, but they also serve the full menu from castaway here so you could even order dinner if you wanted. Really beautiful presentation for the cocktails, reminds me of Barton G before it closed. They have a buzz button cocktail which was super tasty! Service was extreme friendly, and accommodating. Everyone was making sure we were satisfied throughout out time there. I will for sure be back, and if you're looking for a cute date night spot this it! I will be back to try more of the tapas!

It's the kind of place where you can take your time exploring different pours rather than rushing through drinks. The selection is impressive, ranging from familiar labels to smaller distilleries you don't see everywhere. The bartender was clearly passionate about the craft and offered a couple of suggestions based on what I usually enjoy. I tried a whiskey I hadn't heard of before, and it turned out to be a great recommendation with a smooth, layered flavor. What I liked most was the atmosphere. It felt social without being overwhelming, making it easy to have a conversation or simply sit back and enjoy the drink. The crowd seemed like a mix of locals and people who genuinely appreciate good spirits. The Phoenix stands out as a spot where whiskey takes center stage, but the environment remains welcoming and unpretentious. The food was good too. Coffee came with a small Madeline. Fresh pot and strong coffee. Refilled with a few check ins. I ordered the butternut squash soup...it was delish and beautiful to look at too. My friend had the Cobb salad, he was happy. He asked for the chopped egg on the side, no problem. We had a leisurely two hour lunch, seated in the area as you enter off the elevator....no city views from seated with striped umbrellas that were kinda worn and dirty, but it was comfy and casual garden-like setting. I did not see the pool beyond since we wanted to stay in the shade so if there were city views from poolside, I didn't get a chance to climb the steps to explore that area, which you can't see from our section. The restroom was only a table away hidden by greenery masking....the hand lotion smelled nice, it was clean restroom but not overly fancy. There was a shift change. And our server introduced the new waiter. Nice. Dessert was the recommendation of our server....he was right, the key lime brulee was 5/5. Light and refreshing, not overly sweet.
