The crew seems tired and partied out. The conversations I heard between the crewman were unprofessional, demeaning, and socialably unacceptable. At the end of the day my restroom was left a mess, supplies everywhere and trash that had not been disposed of. The second day didn't warrant my benefit of the doubt I gave the crew the day before. Within the first 30 minutes of their arrival I requested the crew to exit my home. The loud and aggressive response I received from th crewman made me very uncomfortable. When I brought it to his attention that I believed I had mistakenly paid him $1900 for work that another company had done he was very quick to respond. He only wanted to take a look at the house and make sure that it wasn't work that they had done. In less than five seconds he confirmed it and handed over a check with interest. This is integrity. After getting several bids for a full re-roof of our home, we decided to go with General Roofing due to their years of experience and competitive pricing. We had several questions regarding the process, and the owners were patient and extremely knowledgeable. Both Chad and Sandra communicated with us promptly and professionally. We always knew what was going on during the entire process, courtesy of their check-ins. They made everything as seamless and painless as possible for us. The crew that worked on our home was also stellar. They were quick and efficient, and the roof looks amazing. No materials were left behind, as they had meticulously cleaned the area. They were nice enough to clear out some gunk we had in our gutters while they were up there, too. In addition to all that, we happen to have two satellite dishes on our home they had to work around.
