I was told that they would start inside, but they started outside and didn't change the water before coming inside. They left many drips and smears on the exterior windows, which I hoped they would fix after doing the inside; that is why I asked for both interior and exterior cleaning. Inside, they left a huge mess. There were black drip marks all over the window frames, sills, walls and floors. An upper window sill had a huge puddle of filthy black water all the way across, so I had to get a ladder to mop it up. Some of my window sills will require refinishing because there were so many drips. They also didn't clean and replace the screens as promised. To be fair, there was a misunderstanding about the size of the job, and it took longer than they expected, but after I complained and sent pictures, they didn't come back to fix the problem. I was given a small refund, but am still very dissatisfied. The owner stopped responding to my emails and doesn't seem interested in making this right. So disappointed!
