Originally from Chicago so dying for a decent hot dog or italian beef and just can't find it in Arizona....until now. No Beefs, but they serve up a great dog. It's not a Chicago dog, but they know how to grill them and keep them from falling through the bun. Favorite is the chilli dog w/ lots of mustard. started going to Score about 6 yrs. ago. pandemic came quit going. loved the place, great food, best wings. three pretty nice pool tables Finally went back a couple of days ago and was really disappointed. wings were still good but the pool tables had gone to hell. of the 3 pool tables, none worked. 2 of the tables have loose end rails and the other table had a drift of about 6". I don't understand this because their tables are rented which means they dont have to pay to keep them in top shape. Things have definitely changed here. We picked up food to go today. My wife's hamburger was completely burnt to a crisp. It looked like a lump of charcoal. If I could've given them a zero I would have but it won't let me put my review without putting at least one star. We ordered four things based on the recommendation from the host at the B&B we went to because we were not familiar with the area. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich fried mushrooms chili fries and wings. What we got was spicy chicken sandwich that was so dry we couldn't even eat more than two bites wind up throwing it out. We got the mushrooms that were very greasy but we're OK enough to eat since we were starving We got the wings that were also OK to eat Then we got a container of chili with no fries so we couldn't eat that because we didn't really want the chili we wanted chili fries and some random burger that we have no idea why it was in there then we went to check and we're charged way too much wear one of us was charge 17.50 and one was charged $29 And although it seemed like a lot at the time they didn't give us a receipt To double check so we had nothing with their phone number to call when we got back to find out we didn't have the right food and had extra food and didn't even notice how much they charged because we weren't in an area we knew when we're tired of the time which is no excuse for taking advantage of us because when we called the day after to let them know The woman who answered was rude because she kept interrupting and talking over us ignored the fact that they gave the wrong food and wanted to call and have us call even though the kitchen had already closed and we were the last customers or some of the last so I don't know how they were supposed to make some thing right when they were already closed and then said that's tough because we were charged and should've told them at the time that we were supposed to know they gave us too many bags So evidently we were supposed to guess by the amount of bags they handed us how much food and what was in them but we left our crystal ball at home so we wouldn't have known So unless you want to be treated like an idiot and stupid by the woman who works there and claims to be the manager don't order from them or go to them because if your order is wrong and they screw it up it's definitely going to be your fault and not theirs according to her then I told her if you don't own the place I'd like to talk to the owner and she told me I'll give him your number but he won't call you back so basically I told her that we're going to dispute it on the credit card and she hung up on me because I asked her to stop interrupting me. read more

Went in to drink some beers and watch the game. The sound echoed in the bar, figured a sports bar would have that dialed in. Ordered up some burgers, not that good. Patty melt wasn't a patty melt, said sourdough bread and it was plain white bread not toasted. Over priced for frozen burgers, bland fries, had to go get my own condiments. Service was not good, would've stayed longer and ran up the tab but chose to go to a different bar with faster beer service. Never saw the waitress, hostess or bar help again until our beers were empty and done eating. Big let down being the first Sunday night football game. I read the reviews which sounded pretty positive. The chicken wings were good. I had high hopes for this place. It didn't help that we watched as one of the staff went to the freezer and stacked a push cart with dozens of large frozen bags of pre made food. My wife and I tried The Final Score because the nearby cafe we were going to was closed the day after Christmas. It turned out to be our lucky day. The Final Score is located in a business/industrial complex and is definitely not a place we would have sought out without prior knowledge. The place lacks charisma, as one would expect from the location. What it does have is great food, seventeen TV's, two pool tables, and a friendly clientele and staff. We ordered the basic burger. My wife had the fries, and I opted for onion rings. We were stunned by the size and quality of the burgers. The patty was at least a half-pound, and it was delicious. The special of the day was a quesadilla. We did not see anyone finish theirs. I don't think we have ever had a better bar burger, and the price was excellent: $8.00 including the fires. We will definitely take friends to The Final Score. By the way, the beer was ice cold. All in all, this was a great find for us. read more

Ive been to Final score three times bow and all i can say is WOW. What a great local place. The new owners Lisa and Rob are great. My wife occasionally lurks on the local foodie websites, always on the hunt for something interesting. She had a craving for burgers... She never gets cravings for burgers like I do. And while lurking, she reads about this little sports bar she wants to try. We never go to a sports bar. That never happens. But this one is purported to have the best burgers in town... So we go..... To a sports bar..... For burgers..... Who knew???? It's called The Final Score. It's in an obscure little commercial complex- right by an auto body shop. It's kind of plain looking from the outside. But we go in. Jolene greets us with a smile and motions for us to sit anywhere we like. It's early yet - no busy yet. Menus were on the tables. It's actually pretty spacious on the inside. The center point is a question-mark shaped bar with about 20 bar stools and ample elbow room. There's a few tables and chairs thrown in up front. The decor is quasi-industrial, with lots of shiny diamond plate on the walls. And a new age digital jukebox playing some great vintage tunes. There are three pool tables, and I counted about 15 smaller flat screens scattered about with all manner of sporting events, and oh yah, one classic TV channel. Jolene wears several hats. Beertender, bartender, hostess, and server - friendly, and efficient. After a quick read of the menu, we ordered our "best burgers in town", each coming with a choice of several "sides". She ordered the "Scrappy", Ortega chillies, pepper-jack cheese, and bacon, with fries. I ordered the classic cheeseburger, sided with beer battered onion rings. People started trickling in. Singles and couples. Jolene knew most of them by name. This is clearly a locals hangout, and it has a very nice blue collar feel to it. Kind of like that old sitcom where everybody knew your name.... only a bit more "industrial". A few minutes later, here comes the grub. Wow. Huge. Burgers are made with generously sized Angus patties on a kaiser roll, with lettuce, tomato, onions, and of course all the obligatory condiments one expects. They were excellent. Cooked to perfection - medium rare and juicy. The fries and onion rings were delicious. Mid-afternoon is a little early for me to down a beer, so I had a Pepsi, she ice water with lemon. They came in small pitchers with straws in them. Perfect. Now I can't sit here and tell you for sure they are the best burgers in town, but they are the best burgers I have ever had in this town.... We drove up to this neighborhood bar called Final Score. As soon as you walk through the doors, it felt like home. I'm not a drinker, but when I ordered a diet soda, they brought me a small pitcher. Then we ordered wings and fried asparagus. The chicken wings were actually larhe and meaty for only $8.95 per dozen, and outstanding taste! This is my go to place when I want a good hamburger. Wait a minute a great hamburger and a cold beer. If you ever order the Scrappy Burger you won't be disappointed. Soft drinks, water, and beer are served in small pictures. I've never had to sit and wait for a refill. Wings are really good too. There sandwich specials are always worth trying. Food is decent, but overpriced for being frozen and not freshly prepared food and the portions are pretty small. My bigger issue is with the staff. The bartenders are horrible. You'll only get good service if you're male. The girls in there are pretty rude and seem inconvenienced by having to serve me. Even though I'm a paying, tipping customer, but because I'm female, I'm clearly not as important. Every time I go in, I'm disappointed by the service. I'll stick to Park Plaza Liquor and Deli. Being a long time local, this is Prescott's best kept secret. It is NOT touristy it is local Prescott! The burgers are the best in town and the locals know it. I am begging them to put the Philly Cheese Steak on the regular Menu! And yes they have cold beer and pool tables. It seemed a little understaffed for the amount of people in the bar. We had several servers throughout our visit, and the service was on the slower side. A personal pet peeve is asking to have the table cleared, when it is obvious you're done. However, the staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. The food was typical bar food, and just ok. We had several of the appetizers, a pizza, sandwiches, a burger & a salad. TV are placed too high for their size and there was no sound on the game, so it was hard to watch. read more

The Final Score Sports Bar & Grill is awesome. Their food is delicious and reasonably priced, their staff is friendly and very attentive (as well as attractive) and it is our favorite local spot in Prescott, AZ. The owners, Lisa and Rob, have made some great improvements recently, adding more TV's and a fresh coat of paint. The wait staff and cooks all seem happy to be there and we enjoy going a couple times a week. We just hosted a 50th Birthday party there last weekend where we shared the Bday cake with the crew and other patrons. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed themselves tremendously. We highly recommend going to the Final Score anytime you are in Prescott. read more
