However, have you ever been in this place? I thought it was a shop just for farmers who need farming equiment, but this place is great. It's kinda like a combination of an Ace Hardware and a Cabelas. They have stuff for your DIY projects so I picked up a part to fix my shower diverter in my tub, but they also have clothing, toys, hunting and fishing equipment, with nice wide, clean aisles. Aesthetically, they are awesome. They had one section with different colors of lawn sprinklers and it was stunning. Today I went in there, chatting it up with Samantha (who was absolutely amazing btw) she showed us where their vegetables were & talked to us about our ducks. Went to pay & told them I'm using my dads credit card, they asked me for his social which I don't know off the top of my head and have never had to use it before. I told them I'd give him a call. Shannon started freaking out saying I was trying to steal (I was only buying dog food for my dads dogs) I told her I wasn't trying to steal dog food. Ended up paying is cash because Shannon was telling me I was lying and I was never allowed back. This was so weird and something I have never encounter before. We've bought all our feed from them and even livestock but we will never be back. Shannon was the worst type of human I have ever seen and she came at me and made me feel so uncomfortable for no reason. Just trying to buy dog food lol. The only reason they got two stars is because of Samantha. She really deserved all 5 but Shannon was so horrible to us that was ruined. I was charged for a procedure that was not performed. When I complained they took an attitude which caused me to take my dog to another vet. If you use the services of this clinic I suggest that you pay attention to how they charge you. If they overcharge be prepared to be challenged and may be asked to find another clinic.

Our first visit was with our senior boxer baby Cali. With our previous vet (not Scatter Creek) having left a bad taste in our mouth, seeing Dr. Randall Thomas was a breath of fresh air. He is super down to earth but very straightforward, which we love. Cali was diagnosed that day as having a scratch on her eye. Sent home with an alone cone, drops, and further instructions for using natural tears. We have also seen Dr. Jill Suess and she is wonderful as well. Gentle, caring, knowledgeable, and honest. For the last year our puppy Houston has been visiting Scatter Creek for regular check ups, shots and some diet guidance. Once again Dr. Thomas to the rescue; taking and applying his advice for diet adjustments cleared up Houston's issues. Would highly recommend and I know my four legged baby is in good hands when he's there.
