This person had to leave by ambulance and the dog became very distressed. Rather than force the dog to be groomed under such stressful circumstances they brought him out and asked if they should continue. Of course we took the dog home and he will go back another day. I'm switching groomers! I love that they cared about the dog and how he was feeling. My dog is my baby and I have been looking for a groomer that is sensitive with her. The sensitivity, customer service, and maturity of the people working the counter in an emergency was amazing. I can't wait to see how they do grooming my dog!

My cat is confident, social, unafraid of dogs (he was bottle fed with the rest of his kitten crew) and so cuddly. He's curious about other cats and makes a great companion. It was such a good experience we trusted these folks to match us with three barn cats--cats who were bonded but human wary. This was also three years ago. All three cats are thriving at our warehouse and while not cuddly, are unafraid, keep the rodent population in check, and one has even decided to be a lap cat.
