As a prescriber, I was…read moreshocked when the techs presented themselves as the pharmacist, no giving their title and giving absolutes as to what could and couldn't be done without offering solutions or clarifying their role even when I stated this was a very important medication to fill. Madison, especially, acted like the pharmacist until I asked directly what her role was. Don't take the techs word for it and don't let them push you around. When there was an issue, the techs should have called immediately but they didn't call and left it up to fate. Ask them to call your prescriber if they are difficult and make sure the pharmacist is involved. These techs know little and have a suck it up attitude which is entirely inappropriate for the medical field.

My tire went flat on the highway so I decided to take it here because It was around the time they…read moreopened. When I arrived there was no one waiting. The service tech came up and asked all the usual questions. I told them if they could repair it that's what I wanted to do. The tech told me that if it wasn't able to be repaired they only had one tire in stock. She said they would have to check all 4 tires to see if they had the proper amount of tread on them before being able to look at the flat. When I told her I didn't want that and I only came in to have a that specific tire replaced she said I would have to leave the premises and take the tire off and bring it in as a "walk in" If I could do that I could've just changed the tire myself! So I decided to take my money else where! I understand the rules and regulations and it's not the workers rules, but this is seriously getting ridiculous. So, I decided to say "good morning!", and got no response at all. So we perused the racks, encountering two more employees, one at the register clearly absorbed in her paperwork, unable to even look up. The other employee made herself scarce, nobody asked us it they could assist us in any way. Finally at the register, there was literally no greeting whatsoever, not a "hello", or thank you for your purchase....nothing. I hate to say that a store that provided clothing I plus sizes didn't have ONE plus size employee. It almost felt shameful to be there and not acknowledged in any sort of way. I've been to this location the past, and it was great, but I will never recommend no return to this location.

So, off to the VF Outlet we went. I had never been there before but they carry Lee, Wrangler, Vanity Fair, JanSport, and more. When I walked into the store I was surprised at the quality and variety of items- sunglasses, backpacks, dress shirts, jeans, sport coats, dress slacks, etc. As I walked toward the back of the store I saw a whole rack of Joseph Abboud suits. I have too many suits as it is, so I just looked to check out the price. $40.00 for all three pieces!!! What?!?! Suit coat was $20; pants $11.00; and vest $8.00. I walked out of the VF Outlets 20 minutes later with two pairs of jeans and a three piece suit for a grand total of $60.00! I don't think it is possible to do better!! From now on I am going to do a monthly VF Outlet visit to check out the deals!

There are lots of things that I can't tell what they are and I know they try to write as much as they can on the items but there's so much inventory to go through. I bought a pair of pants one time and immediately fell in love with them and I had a good run with them before they finally had to get retired. They were durable and unlike other clothing brands did not fall apart in a matter of weeks or months. So I was longing for another pair of Volcom pants... at least one other pair for sure but I didn't really hang out at the skate shops much anymore and when I would occasionally would go into one I could not find the brand there. So I was super excited one time when I was traveling on I-5 South and drove through Centralia and saw that there was a Volcom outlet store there. I HAD to go there. It took a little bit of time since I don't go to Centralia much but I finally made it to Volcom a few weeks ago. I loved this store! I found more of those great and durable pants again for very good prices. At the time you could buy two pairs for $69 which isn't bad compared to what you pay for at the skate shops. Usually one pair is around that much at those places. The staff was very friendly and helpful while I was here trying on the clothes to see if a sale was going to happen... which it did. I got two pairs of pants and they still fit and feel great! I'm definitely coming back. I'm tired of getting clothing brands that don't last regardless if these stores are very close to where I live. I will do the drive to come down here and get more Volcom!

I know I can find great items on a budget for upcoming events. the shop is always neat and tidy and when the customer line gets a bit long, they do what they can to help speed it up. Often, I have seen people letting other go ahead of them with only a few items, or, if they have a cranky child. We have been shopping here since the day they opened! The staff always great you when you enter and leave. It makes it feel like a small-town store!
