Weirdest experience ever. I have been a long time customer. We see tractor supply on a weekly basis because we have a ton of livestock at our house plus a large garden. Today I went in there, chatting it up with Samantha (who was absolutely amazing btw) she showed us where their vegetables were & talked to us about our ducks. Went to pay & told them I'm using my dads credit card, they asked me for his social which I don't know off the top of my head and have never had to use it before. I told them I'd give him a call. Shannon started freaking out saying I was trying to steal (I was only buying dog food for my dads dogs) I told her I wasn't trying to steal dog food. Ended up paying is cash because Shannon was telling me I was lying and I was never allowed back. This was so weird and something I have never encounter before. We've bought all our feed from them and even livestock but we will never be back. Shannon was the worst type of human I have ever seen and she came at me and made me feel so uncomfortable for no reason. Just trying to buy dog food lol. The only reason they got two stars is because of Samantha. She really deserved all 5 but Shannon was so horrible to us that was ruined. I can't believe I was put in such an uncomfortable position trying to buys DOG FOOD. thank you to Samantha for trying to calm the situation you were so wonderful to us and I pray for you having to work with people so negative. read more

This tractor supply store is by far the most impressive out of the dozens I've been to. No matter if you are buying one bag of dog food or 1 pallet of wood burning pellets, this place will always have an employee to help load your supplies. Tammi is the store manager and does her job expertly. I have never been displeased after shopping here and plan to continue shopping here for all my pet, farming, homesteading needs! Location is right off the I5 corridor not far from a walmart exit. Friendly efficient staff. Store is usually clean and organized. Usually easy to find an associate when needed. A diverse selection for most products. The store is easy to navigate. Pets are welcome on a leash. They provide vet visits for routine vet care. Checkout can proceed quickly, so don't worry if you see a line. read more

Yes they may have what you need, but the wait to get anything loaded is usually at least 10 minutes. More than once I have had to call into the store because I waited 10-20 minutes. read more

Places that are incapable of maintaining enough staff should not offer curbside service if they cannot provide it. Sitting in my car waiting for a half hour while no one acknowledges the fact that I've checked in and am waiting is not service. So after 35 minutes I had to give up and leave without my order because some of us actually have jobs that we get done. read more

I ordered a John Deere X330 riding lawn mower through Steve at Chehalis WTSC, at 9:00AM last Wednesday. He said he had one in a box and would assemble it and get it out to our ranch. Less than two hours latter he showed up with our beautiful little Deere on a trailer. Talk about unbelievable service and turn around time!!! I had time to mow our three acres before dark and it was such a nice cut the place looked like a park! Thanks Steve!!! read more

Typically we have good experiences at this store. But a couple months ago my family and I were in the store and looking for a specific item. This man in the back was acting like we were in his way and kept huffing. And finally said after five minutes of huffing and standing there "you won't find that back here" with a serious attitude. My husband then asked where we would find the item, he stood there for about a minute looking passed us like he wasn't going to answer. And then finally responded "I don't know, somewhere right inside". And continued his rude demeanor and picked back up what he was doing as we were walking away. We didn't get what we were looking for, and when we said something to a lady upfront, she just laughed and said "oh yeah he can be ornery". Like they're all use to it, and that's just the way it is. If you're in customer service, ACT LIKE IT! Today was the cake topper though. I took my kids in and we were waiting at the case to get ivermectin which is locked up. Stood there for 5 minutes waiting to see any employee, no one.. walked to customer service and everyone walked away when I walked up. There was a sweet girl nearby who called someone and asked someone to meet me over there. Another 15 minutes went by, and no one came. During that time I saw multiple employees who would immediately look away when they made eye contact with me, and avoided my area. I would have understood if the store was busy. But I counted at least 6 employees inside, and 2 other people besides me in the store. No one ever came over, so my kids and I left the store. I went over to the farm store and immediately got what I needed, and it was even almost $10 cheaper! Sucks that a couple can ruin it, because most of the employees that I see regularly are super nice. I hate that because of those bad times, just makes me not want to go back. read more

It takes way too long to purchase feed here. Stand in line to pay, order feed, drive to the loading dock, wait for someone to show up. A confused employee finally comes to load your order. You realize they rang you up for the wrong feed. Go back in the store and wait for someone to show up at the customer service desk to refund and ring you up again. Drive back to an unapologetic employee at the loading dock who is acting like you made the mistake. Save yourself time and an ulcer by going to the locally owned Farm Store. They take pride in what they do. read more

We noticed stacks of pallets beside the chain link fence around the TSC outside yard on our way into the parking lot. As we were checking out with the asked Kim, the clerk, if these pallets were available, specifying their exact location, and we were told "yes they were free." To double check after we had loaded the feed we had purchased, we asked the employee at the entrance to confirm that they were available and free, taking him over to make sure he new which ones we were talking about and again we were told yes. We had loaded 15 of the about 40 that were stacked there into our truck and were strapping them down when another employee drove by on a fork lift and asked what we were doing. When we explained, he called your manager on a walkie talkie and then told us no they pallets weren't available. We said thats fine but we want help unloading them and he said thats not my job. My husband walked in and talked to the assistant manager who said she would see if someone could help. Help never arrived before we unloaded and neatly re-stacked all of the pallets. When we were done we took all the products we purchased back inside, and asked to again speak to the had been different and were told he would be out in a couple minutes. Instead the clerk who had initially told us the pallets were available arrived, told us the manager was "doing an interview" and wouldn't be able to come out. She now claimed that she had not said they were available. We returned everything we purchased, and we will never shop here again. We understand that at times a company has deficiencies in training but neither employee said "let me check with my manager before I say yes." Our biggest problem in all of this was the attitude that they had done nothing wrong and "why are you trying to steal those pallets." If the attitude had been different, if they had just said "we made a mistake, let us help unload these" I would never have written this review. read more

I have visited Tractor Supply 3 times in the last week and want to say Kim has made my experience with TSC amazing. The first time I came in, 7/11, she helped guide me on buying fencing for my horses. She was extremely informative and a great deal of help. I came in again on 7/16 to buy more posts and again, she helped me and gave my husband and I outstanding customer service. I had to come back again for more insulators, 7/18, and again, Kim was there to help. She was assisting the staff she was working with, answering their questions when they needed help, got me my horse feed (no one was in the warehouse to help), answering phones and customer questions. Kim seems like an amazing asset to the company. You can tell she is extremely informative and on top of her job(s)!!! I wish there were more employees like her. She has so much positive energy which is great. I have been in a few times before and never had as positive of an experience as I have with Kim. She is one of a kind! I will continue to come in and hope to see Kim every time. Thank you for all your help and guidance, it made my shopping experience less stressful understanding what I needed and just how much to get without worrying if I was getting the wrong items! read more
