They arrived on the date stated, and would communicate with us each day what the daily goals were. The men stayed each day until they met their goal. The crew was extremely respectful, honest and knowledgeable in their field. The prep work and installation was done masterfully and to perfection. Our job was not an easy one, as it's an old house with all of the old house quirks. They had to remove a bunch of challenging tile and ensure the floor was level. It was HARD work, and they did it all with smiles on their faces. The energy they brought to the work site each day was truly positive. They even finished a day early! My guard was up due to our other recent contractor experiences that were sub-par at best, but they quickly broke down my barriers, and I was truly sad to see these nice young men go. I would recommend this team of people to others without hesitation.

First off, Home Depot in Chehalis must be the happiest Home Depot I've ever walked in! Smiling faces from everyone. We were on the hunt for the globe Electric LED dinosaur lamp, we checked online and saw that they had 8 left. When we got to the store, they didn't have them on the shelf but the young man that worked there, his name was JOSE, asked if we were looking for something (yeah we looked lost) He checked and noticed that they came in today and he went to check! He came back with a box and handed one over! He made my daughter so happy and his customer service was 5 Star! Above and beyond! From now on when I need anything from Home Depot, this will be the store I shop at!
