Nice place, fantastic service and food. We tend to go here for lunch every so often because the food has been delicious. I've tried a number of the Tots, the wings, the grilled cheese, gyros and the salads and they have all been delicious and the proportions are ridiculously massive. Today, tried something new, the Buffalo chicken wrap with the garlic Buffalo sauce on it & a small cup on the side because... well.. I like it spicy! the food came out quick, the tots were hot and crispy, the wraps were delicious. I really think if you haven't been here, give it a try. The Pottsville Coney Style tots are worth the trip alone. Everything I've eaten there has exceeded expectations.

I have been here numerous times and it has been fabulous until today. They had an off day. We couldn't eat our nachos. It took close to 20 minutes for them to arrive at the table with our first round of drinks. You could tell they have been sitting in the window for a while. Cheese was burnt and chicken was dried out. Dinner was ok margaritas were delicious and our waiter was a young funny attentive gentleman with lots of jokes. Sorry can't remember his name. I would have loved to give a 5 star based on the food we would have! But...the culture of every person from the gal who sat us who had the personality of a rock to our waitress who acted like it was a big deal to get us napkins and a box to go was bad. We were surprised. Then when we noted that the price on the menu for what we ordered was $3.50 less than what we were to our waitress she walked away and said nothing. Next a person comes to the table and acts like we should not have said anything about the price difference and suggested they would check the menus. He was not nice, did not adjust our bill and did not introduce himself. Hmmmmmm Please teach customer service skills to your people. The avocado fries appetizer is definitely worth going. The menu is vast with lots of nice options. I got the boneless wings, which were good, but because I am a wimp, I found even the mild sauce too spicy. I'm only giving three stars because the service was poor. The hostess was cold and uncommunicative. She ldid not give a good impression for a first time visit. The waitress was friendly, but scarce. My family was traveling through on our way back to Michigan. I ordered the chicken and waffles; my god they were the best waffles I have ever had. Even had to fight my family off of them. I really enjoyed the pot roast and disco fries. If I lived closer we'd be regulars! The potato soup was thick and delicious, you can even eat it with a fork. For 75 cents extra they top it with bacon and cheese... then it's baked to warm the cheese. Great choice all around! read more

This is in a nice spacious building. I like the set up and the bar seats are super comfortable! Service at the bar was great. The bartender was very nice and attentive. They have an OK draught list. A lot of cheap lagers, like bud light and PBR types. Then they have Yuengling Black and Tan (which I don't see often) and some other craft brews. I really like that they have glassware for all of their draught beers. Makes it easier on the servers imo, and it's a nice touch. We ordered the avocado egg rolls. They were bangin. But I love egg rolls and all of the ingredients they used so I knew it would be good. They were perfectly crispy also! I got a small Greek salad for my main course. It comes atop some potato salad which is unique. I liked it a lot. Very fresh ingredients. My boyfriend got the Left Coast Chicken sandwich and fries. He said it was all good. The fries are a home cut type and were nice and crispy. Not too greasy. Overall, we had a good experience here and look forward to trying some more of their food! read more

Fried this, fried that, and fried fried things. It starts with a grouchy hostess who mumbles "follow me", lays the menu's on the table and walks off. I couldn't tell if she was talking to us, she was obviously thrilled to be there. I had the all american burger and tots "animal style". Apparently that means served cold, with cold cheese and slimy onions. Completely terrible. The burger was shadowed by the oversize bun in an effort to make it look huge. The two patties barely equal one at a better restaurant. I think Frisch's might be better. It was overall very cheap food, cheap ingredients, and beyond ordinary. I ordered fish tacos (3 flour tortillas stuffed with Cajun grilled haddock, coleslaw & cilantro lime cream sauce with homemade salsa & sour cream on the side) ($10.50). I paid $1.50 for a small side of guacamole. My hubby loved the fish & chips and ate every bite. The fish tacos were average. Overall great first visit! The menu has lots of veggie and light options along with good ol' hamburgers and meat sandwiches and entrees. Portions were also good. In fact everyone in our party was totally satisfied with their meals. Here's what I tried and highly recommend: avocado rolls (avocado, black beans and cherry tomatoes deep fried in egg roll wrappers, so filling!), avocado fries (creamy and crunchy!), sweet potato fries (tip: if you order them to go with your hamburger, share them with someone else - it's a lot), gyro burger (just what it sounds like), and buffalo chicken dip. Service was great. We originally wanted to sit outside but ended up inside. They have a "hands free" menu you use a qr code to find (but also have paper copies on hand if you need them). I've been to the famous restaurant numerous times now, and it's about time to brag about how good they are. The atmosphere is nice and cozy on the inside, and they have a nice outdoor seating area as well. I've gotten a few things off their menu and have never been disappointed. You WILL NOT LEAVE HUNGRY. You get plenty with everything you order. As generic as it sounds, their double all American burger is one of the best burgers I've had in town. But I also recommend their avocado fries, super tasty.
