O NOT GO HERE FOR DESIGNER! I purchased Chanel frames from here and they are all defective! I tried over and over again to be refunded and they just kept ordering me new Chanel. All the Chanel frames have an arm higher than the other side so they are crooked on your face. They are so unprofessional, they act like they need your money to keep their lights on. Their staff absolutely is not educated enough to be working in a optometrist office. It seriously feels like you're arguing with a dam nail salon on how terrible they do business. They wouldnt even return my vision benefits so I can elsewhere and get real professional service. They burned my lenses in their heater to try and fix the crooked first Chanel pair. Acted like it was my fault they burned them and then used my warranty to order another pair. They also tried selling me a USED Chanel pair from their sales floor that was visibly worn with scratches and faded lettering. Its just absolutely disgusting how these people are. Now i have Chanel I cant even wear and Im out $440. This place SUCKS. read more

The showroom is absolutely beautiful and shows that they care about the products they carry. The staff and Dr. Are amazing. The exam is not your typical Costco or big box shop. They go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what is needed. They help you select the perfect glasses and make sure your prescription is on point. If they carry a brand you love and you don't see the frame your looking for in the right color or style, ask they will gladly order them for you. They except insurance as well. read more

Shout out to Yesenia that helps with the adjustments, and all the other girls in the office. These are my 1st eyeglasses, and this Optometrist office made my year for sure. Everyone is very loving, caring & welcoming! Really enjoyed my experience in this most beautiful and impeccably clean & Modern Contemporary style Optometrist Office. I'm very pleased with my 2 pairs of glasses. One Computer pair, & the other for everyday with progressive lenses (incl. the feature that darkens the lenses in the Sunlight!) They offer all your Designer brands, and their own contracted ones also! I didn't like any in the Designer brand choices, just on their other ones? Turns out, they have very nice styles in those. It was pretty exciting to see an eye doctor was moving in to the big plaza on Rainbow between Charleston and Alta. We live a mile from here and this is a great center for just about everything. I was able to message the eye doctor easily on Yelp to make an appointment as the office was closed on New Year's and I need to have an exam to renew my driver's license. I got an appointment for today which was my day off work. Dr. Nataly Gammoh assisted me with my eye exam and prescriptions for driving, computer and also sunglasses. Her explanations were really useful as I had not been tested since before COVID. The clinic, which has been opened recently, is bright and beautiful with new equipment and several people to help newcomers. I got a very pleasant vibe from the flow in the office and that the colleagues worked smoothly together. I needed several frames for my glasses. Thrre are very high end frames, mid-range frames and some which are free with a prescription. I was also able to request copies of my prescription for my records. Glasses are generally ready after two weeks, at the outside, 2 1/2 weeks according to the staff. By the time I left, the place was hopping and people were being greeted and measured by the very gracious staff. Everyone is bilingual too. There are three locations, this being the largest one. Of course parking is plentiful in the plaza. They are located right next to the Sprouts store. I can recommend my experience on my first visit and cannot wait to receive my purchases. read more

Dr Chan is very professional attentive and very detailed . He made sure that everything was checked out with my eyes . Went there for an eye exam and to get my prescription. Everyone was perfectly nice, there were no problems in customer service but towards the end I asked about getting the pupil eye distance and they charged me an extra $30 for a quick look in my eyes that took no longer than 30 seconds. All because I wasn't getting glasses with them but ordering them online. Will not be coming back I can get that done included with an eye exam at another place for less than the $50 they ended up charging me. read more

I have always came to this office on Rainbow for my eye exams for the past few years and had nothing but a good experience with the staff and doctor. Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience as I was seen by an ameatur Dr. Ethan Chan, quite honestly who was not very welcoming and seemed to be rushing my exam and kept interrupting me. He did not seem very confident in his skills and was not great at answering my questions or explaining my eye condition. I will not be returning to this location again in lieu of hoping to never see Dr. Chan again. Could not believe they could hire someone with such lack of skill! read more

I've been shopping around different eye glass stores for some new glasses and this location was by far the best i've been to. As soon as I came in I was greeted by an associate named Melanie. She was so very kind and helpful to me she answered all my questions with ease and I really enjoyed talking with her she was a kind soul.
