They called multiple stores and called the Sunglass hut at 1314 and they had a pair! She told me some incorrect information but i drove to this one thinking it was correct. The manager Janeth unfortunately got the end of my frustration but she was very sweet and professional and told me the information i received was incorrect and that i would have to pay for a new pair. Long story short. I called customer service to figure out what my options were because i drove and sat in traffic and was dismissed by another store. Basically. I was upset. I calmed down after talking to customer service. walked back into the store. Customer service confirmed the information i received was incorrect and they gave janeth the go ahead to exchange my broken Pair for a new one. Janeth and Christopher were so amazing. Since it had been so long, I honestly didn't know what to expect but the entire experience was great. The staff and doctor were warm, welcoming, and made everything feel easy. The front area has a surprisingly large selection of frames, with tons of styles to choose from. The exam itself was much more modern than I remembered. My last eye exam years ago involved dilation and just felt more invasive. This one was still very thorough but almost entirely machine-based--no dilation, no drops, and nothing uncomfortable at all. I really appreciated how quick and smooth the process was. Luckily, I still don't need glasses, but they recommended yearly exams just to keep an eye on things (pun intended). If I had needed glasses, I'm confident I would've found something that fit my style based on their selection. Overall, highly recommend especially if it's been a while since your last eye exam.

They closed down for a while for a remodel and apparently it came with new staffing. The new staff was beyond RUDE. They had a huge attitude when it came to me questioning something. Also I had seen Dr Mallinger and she seemed to prescribe a different strength vs Dr Arcemont where somehow she got the prescription WRONG when I ended up seeing Dr Mallinger again the following year she even admitted that the RX was wrong. That left me to learn that Dr Arcemont totally screwed up my prescription. No wonder why I was having eye strain issues. Also their pricing is insane for glasses. A family member also gets glasses and they are 3x that of other eye places. If you DO order from them which we have in the past & your glasses are wrong because yeah we can tell how they will be in the exam room for the 30 seconds they have the final prescription up. So they come in and are off but you ask about it or try to have them fix it, be prepared for 100% attitude and resistance from that. If you want to over pay & risk having them give you an attitude on anything such as getting your prescription so you can go elsewhere which you're allowed to do; this is the place for that. As the staff is great at giving you an attitude Told my family members that I referred here if you want to go fine, but don't complain to me about the front desk staff.
