I went to this store in August 2023. Friendly service from what I can remember. However, the glasses were/are garbage. They broke after about 6 months of use. I paid 145$ CND. Not Oakley prices, but still. I contacted Chilli Beans directly and they agreed it was not normal. 4 months later, I received a new pair (I thought they had brushed me off after an email that they never replied to!) Great! I wore that 2nd pair for less than 4 months - April to July 2025 - and the exact same thing happened. I took care of the glasses. Always stored them in the rigid case. Always kept them clean. Never threw them around. So, 2 stars for service only. Garbage product! read more

I visited during a walk through the Vegas strip, and I didn't actually end up buying anything here since I had left my wallet at the hotel. However, the glasses there seemed like decent quality for the price and very stylish. As of the time I'm writing this review, I believe checking in on Yelp have you 10% off of a pair. The salespeople were very friendly and will offer you suggestions while you shop. I noticed that they'll leave you alone if you prefer that shopping experience. They can/will cut your prescription but if your optometrist is modern enough it's better to just have them cut the lenses for you. I'm writing this review more for the customer service than for the store itself (which I adore, because it has an overload of two of my favorite accessories in one place). Every time I go in, I receive the best, most friendly customer service. This was especially true when I went in this last Thursday to ask for a battery replacement on a watch that I bought in February. Lilly was the manager on shift and she was beyond excellent. She agreed that it was much too early for the battery to be dying, so she tried everything to help me, despite the fact that they didn't have the right tools to do a replacement. Lilly even thought about taking my watch herself, to a jeweler that could replace the battery but decided she didn't want to risk any damage that I'd be liable for. Because there's a lot more going on with this watch (bummer) than just poor time-keeping, she decided that it must be a manufacturer defect and will be replacing it with a brand new one. Lilly went above and beyond for me and I appreciate her and all the folks at Chilli Beans, LV for it. I stumbled across this place while visiting Vegas. I have never heard of this brand but I saw some very unique designs from the Harry Potter collection. Their prices are not bad compared to other stores, but I was unfamiliar with the quality of their products. I debated about getting something but ended up getting a really cool pair with wooden temples. I wasn't sure how comfortable they would be because they are wooden but the way it's designed makes it very comfortable to wear. It also has grippy nose pieces so they don't slide down when it's hot! She told me the artists and how they became known and where they painted the picture depicted on the watch and why they recently got a few limited edition 90s watches, of which I had to have one of. What kind of a fucking asshole doesn't buy a limited edition 90s watch who was born in 1985? Someone who got picked on and bullied for not moshing and wearing Dookie shirts and Doc Marten boots and Airwalks and shit. And I am the coolest person you know so I bought that watch like what. I also bought a cooler than your average bear, gold men's watch (I LOVE A BIG FACE) that is engraved/etched, it almost seems, inside with something that makes it look like I look nicely accessorized. I don't know what the fuck it is, but it's a G like G-Mail and it'll spy on you just like Google will too. Nah, just joshin about that part. Listen, it could be a big bald bird or the devil's Ram or Satan on water skiis or a military symbol or the FreeMasons logo or the Illuminati eating a bat crepe. I dunno. My eyesight isn't exactly 20/20 and I'm like Kanye- you can't tell me NUTHIN. Nothing at all. Just shut your mouth. I'll do all the talking. Lastly, and without the grammatical decency to begin a new paragraph, I bought a tight like prom night turntable watch and it is not like any of the others. It doesn't actually work. This place left me wit a bad taste is my mouth!!! I did not enjoy my trip here. I walked in with my boyfriend and we just wanted to look at some sunglasses. We were approached by a small boy ( I assume it was a boy) who was wearing a beanie and had a surly demeanor. He REEKED of pot! Seriously, i felt like i was at a Snoop Dog Concert. I told him politely that i was fine and did not need help. He gave me a really sour look like he took it personally and walked away, but kept lingering around me during my visit. I felt like he was sizing me up.It was unfriendly though. He just had an attitude, and i could smell him from across the store. There was another employee there who was much friendlier but stayed behind. I wish she had helped instead of this person. She seemed uncomfortable around him. Me and the boyfriend decided we l would look into the selection but would come back the next day. We said bye and the employee gave use and blank stare and shrugged his shoulders. I guess he wasnt getting many sales. With an attitude like that, I wonder why...do these people not drug test? This dude isnt fit to work at K mart. I come back the next day and this really hyper blonde woman is working there. She is PUSHY. REALLY pushy. You're selling CHEAP sunglasses my dear, not life insurance. I tell her like I told Mr pothead ( who is no where to be seen) that Im fine and don't need help but she keeps fluttering around me. The glasses looked okay but this woman was a mosquito on speed. I have an extensive sales background myself and you need to let people absorb and back off for a bit. Stores that are more respected and have a good reputation know this. I came to find out she was the manager. good god. I can only imagine how thats going. The glasses are NOT good. Certainly not worth the fuss she was making. They are glorified gas station glasses being sold for too much to dumb tourists who don't know better. Go somewhere that knows quality, and is established. try even a department store, but don't bother with this place. If my experience with the pot smoking employee and the spastic manager is anything to go off of, it's not worth a return. read more
