Came here to simply get my glasses bent back in place, arrived here at 3 or even before, seen a sign that said be back in 30 so I decided to wait in my car. Hour and some change literally still nothing, tried calling the place multiple times and there seems to be no one working here when the sign says open. Should've just removed the sign and closed for the day if you don't want to operate. read more

I chose this place for a pair of sunglasses that needed to be repaired because they had good reviews. They charged $70 for a hinge and left my sunglasses lopsided. Their prices are very high and the quality of their work does not seem to be great. read more

totally horrible place, went in with a broken glasses arm, needed the arms replaced and was told over the phone they would be able to do that. the worker walks off with my glasses, has them in completely new frames and tells me "your frames are weak", and doesn't tell me he completely broke my glasses frames, snapped them while taking the lenses out until after he showed us overly expensive frames. read more

The arm broke off my Celine sunglasses - the screw slipped out. Took them to my local eye care store and they were unable to fix them, saying the inside of the hinge was stripped and it would have to be soldered elsewhere. I did a little research on yelp and found Vistech and decided to give them a try. My glasses were fixed as good as new within 10 mins, he put a special screw with a rubber washer in, cost $25. I purchased a very over-priced pair of glasses from this company. I had problems with the glasses from Day 1. I reached out multiple times and kept getting told I 'just needed to get used to them.' My lenses were supposed to be progressives (bifocals). I had 3 different optometrists and 2 other locations confirm that they were NOT progressives, despite the fact thats what I had paid for and what the prescription said. I have also been trying for months to get copies of my receipts and prescription. When I went into the location this past Saturday, I was treated very rudely by Sam. He didn't even LOOK at my lenses. Just said they were correct and that I should not believe what the others had told me - they were obviously wrong. All I wanted them to do was admit their error and make it right. Instead I was berated and told to 'calm down' and not get emotional. I would suggest going ANYWHERE else but here. read more

I believe they are able to help with any type of prescription, my prescription changed and the major brand stores in town were not able to accommodate (a high number). Very helpful and got my new glasses in less than 10 days. The selection of frames is limited, so I got my own new frames. I would recommend adding a bit more inventory for price conscious customers. Overall prices are better than major brands for the type of glass, transition and other perks needed for better quality vision @ glasses. read more

Daughter broke her glasses while we were on vacation. I called and spoke to Roman and he said come by and he would see what he could do. He worked on them for 35 minutes and fixed them as best he could in the short time I had. He then WOULD NOT charge me for the repair. Flat out refused. Roman is a gem. Truly an amazing gentleman. The leg came off my glasses almost 2 weeks ago. My first attempt was with a hot glue and that lasted 3 days. Then I used superglue and that lasted for about a week. The last couple of days I was putting it back as it came out which was all the time! It was so embarrassing when it would just fall out when I would talk so I needed to find a permanent solution. I asked around and my sister told me about this place. I thought I was familiar with this area but I guess not! As soon as you drive into the shopping center it is on the right side. On the left of the coffee shop. I walked in and Sam greeted me right away. I told him my issue and he gave me a fair quote on my repair. As I sat down to wait for my glasses to be pick i checked out their frame selection (im always looking for my next pair). They have so many cute brand name frames. They also have a great men's selection. I love their lighted full size mirrors. I helps give an overall expectation of what you look like when trying on frames.. I was there for 5 minutes and Sam was done with my repair and even cleaned my lenses. It was such a nice experience! read more

I am so very pleased with VISTECH Vision Technology! Sam and the staff are so far superior to any other in our Valley! They were highly recommended as I needed custom size Progressive Lens for my new Cazal frames. They did not have the extreme markup found elsewhere and when a mistake was made by the Prescription provider, they sent the lens back to Zeiss at no charge. I work down the road as an optician and fix most anything I can for our patients. Jobs that I can't do involving soldering and a few other things I send our folks to Vistech or take it there myself to get repaired. So far they have been tremendous in their service and have been very fair in their pricing. I dropped by their place a week or so ago to see if they had a nut for a screw that I didn't have and they were closed. I went down the road to "Frame Fixers" and was basically told I didn't know what I was talking about and the frame needed a part welded on to repair. I laughed at the lady trying to scam me and went back to Vistech today. They were able to locate the small nut that I needed and put the frame back together. I am severely myopic; minus 18 diopters both eyes. Extremely difficult to find a frame that can handle my prescription, and look stylish, and not slip down my nose. They hooked me up with a small frame by Police. Never heard of the company, but the frame is perfect! Glasses have nose pads, enough room for my heavy lenses, plus the they are cute! They dont take insurance or have an optometrist, this keeps their costs down. Price extremely reasonable for my prescription. Whoever ground the lenses did a great job, 50 percent slimmer than prior lenses. Highly recommend them! read more
