Update 7/24/26: I want to update my rating to reflect the prompt and professional resolution provided by Dr. Cheung. She personally followed up, addressed all of my concerns right away, and ensured my request was accommodated seamlessly. It's rare to see this level of accountability and quick action, and I greatly appreciate it. I tried giving this place a chance, but their customer service is non-existent. I contacted them requesting a service quote, got a few responses, and then... nothing. I followed up again and was completely ignored. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a business that doesn't value a customer's time. If they are this bad at basic communication, I can't imagine how careless they are with the actual work. Will not be trying again. read more

Dr. Cheung and her team are amazing! The tech walks you through each step of the inital tests and explains what will occur for each one. Dr. Cheung explained my test results and addressed any concerns I had and disccused what my future eye health will be (just providing realistic expecations of what is to come due to age). They have a wide style of frames to pick from as well, and the selection process wasn't too overwhelming. They were able to help me select a pair that was flattering on my face. read more

Dr. Cheung is amazing! She is so experienced, patient, and wonderful. She really explained things well and showed me imaging and details that were great to know about my vision and my eye health! Then Julie helped me pick out my glasses and the right lenses and details for me! She was also so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend these ladies and this location for eye exams and glasses!! read more

The service was excellent the doctor was very patient with me she explained everything thoroughly they did a great job over there at optic gallery thank you read more

Very nice & clean store. The optometrist was great. The optician, however, made the visit terrible. He tried to up sell me in every way possible and buy an additional pair of glasses I didn't need. My husband was able to get a refund on the second pair. When I went in to pick up my new glasses they put them on the desk and said goodbye. No fitting, no adjustments to my face, no checking to see if I could easily read small print. Poor customer service. I won't return to this location. read more

Dr.Ng is the best! Seen him for three years now. Very attentive to his work and any concerns I may have. Highly recommended

Most definitely recommend this optometrist office. Great customer service by Kayla & Cindy. I came in for an eye exam and had an amazing experience. Dr Justin answered all my concerns and gave me the best advice. Office is very clean and has many options for glasses frames. Thank you ladies and Dr Justin for making my first experience pleasant. read more

See all

I needed a new eye doctor after moving to Nevada. I got tired of flying to Atlanta to see my doctor every year. Dr. Ng is was patient and willing to take his time to make sure my new prescription was calibrated correctly. Never felt rushed or that I was taking too much time. The office isn't so busy is so nice to get seen as soon as I walk in. The staff is very nice and the best part is when I call, I'm actually calling the office and not some central call center. I'm going to keep coming back here as long as I live in this city. read more

I've honestly been needing some glasses for a couple of years now, and I'm glad I found a great eye doctor here at Optic Gallery. The whole process was a breeze Dr. Kah-yan is super sweet and explains everything being done. His team works efficiently and they helped me find a pair of glasses that I like and that was within my price range. I appreciate the transparency about cost and what my insurance covers. The facility is nice, clean and they have many glasses options to choose from. 100% Recommend!! read more

Disappointed with my latest visit. I have insurance and it includes frames every other year. I wanted to order frames for work since I'm in construction and there seemed to be a disconnect with my provider and the office. I was told there was a possibility that my insurance would not cover my lenses but that maybe they would...? The representative was very nice, she was definitely doing her best. She told me that her manager would be in the following day and they'd get back to me about my inquiry and here we are nearly 3 weeks later and I called to follow up only to get the same wishy washy maybe response. Not good customer service at all, disappointed to be very honest. I'll be seeking a new optometrist next year. In the meantime, looks like I'm searching. read more

I had my glasses made here & everyone was so lovely and attentive. I loved the staff & the doctors! The glasses came out great. 10/10 experience! read more

It was my first time to visit and I had come as a walk in for my daughter. They could only take one of us but it was simple enough to schedule and appointment. The staff to start was very friendly and helpful. They had warm smiles and were very patient every step of the way. The optometrist was absolutely awesome. She was very friendly and explained everything related to the eye tests as well as the information regarding the prescriptions. She was very knowledgeable. They had a great deal of eyewear to choose from and prices were decent. The only downfall was that timeframe to get the glasses. All in all I highly recommend them. It's friendly and family oriented and the staff is experienced and patient. read more

My daughters and I have come to this office for many years now and every time, it's like we are family. Always so kind and really never have to wait longer that 10 mins before getting called back. Raquel (sp) has especially been great to each and every one of us. She is very sweet and so very helpful. She remembers us no matter how long it's been that we were in office. We really adore her and feel like she is a positive and caring light in this office.. huge impact on the culture and personality of the office. She's a keeper!! read more

Dr. Kelli Smith and her awesome team deserves 5 stars! From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out, I was very pleased with their service. The receptionist, to the assistant, to Dr. Smith herself; everyone made me feel like a valued customer. Came in for a super duper long overdued general eye exam. Her assistant was very thorough with me and explained what each machine does. Dr. Smith was also thorough and took her time with me on my eye exam. She was patient when I had questions. I had some specific frames I had in mind but this Optic Gallery does not carry that style. So the receptionist was kind enough to call another location and asked if they carried the brand. read more

The overall service was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone here was very friendly. Everyone was very professional. I really like this office on Decatur I've always gone to this office only even though I live in the southwest. They do have an office close here to where I live on Tropicana and Fort Apache I believe, but I've only been to the Decatur office. I called this office because I was in dire need of a new eyeglass prescription and new contacts. The person I spoke with over the phone was super friendly and informed me of pricing and what was included in my insurance. That was a huge plus to me because she went above & beyond to make sure I had the information along with answering my questions. It was also impressive because I literally called 20 minutes before they closed. Usually you'll get someone over the phone with the tone of "ok hurry it up cause I'm almost outta here"...but not at this office! Day of appointment -- Checked in and though their system was down, it was smooth and simple. Carla assisted me before I saw Dr. Cheung and she was awesome. Dr. Cheung was so sweet and helpful. She really took the time to make sure I was getting the right prescription for each eye. She was also super informative of the results with my digital retina exam. My husband and daughter had an appointment later on that same day and they enjoyed the care Dr. Cheung provided as well! To me, that says a lot! read more

The doctor and office manager reached out to me to fix this! Thank you Optic Gallery!

I take my whole family there for years,Dr Cheung and their staff is awesome I highly recommend their place to everyone

My family has been coming here for several years, mainly due to the excellent service they have been providing throughout the years. I am especially appreciative of their fast service and ability to fit me in, in the middle of the week with no prior notice. I was in and out of the exam in less than an hour. All throughout the visit all the staff had a great attitude and were happy to help me. We need more businesses in Las Vegas to have this quality of service. I will recommend this location. read more

I wasn't even seen. When I called the office to let them know I would possibly be 10minutes late due to an accident on Decatur, I was told that it's fine. But upon arrival, the receptionist promptly said, "you can't be seen today, because we are too booked. How's the 27th?" I responded with my apology regarding my arrival, but also added that I need to be examined sooner because the headaches from my squinting are becoming unbearable. All to which she stated, "So you're seeing another doctor?" Her crassness and obvious annoyance just pissed me off. When I walked in she was talking about how badly she needed to replace a rhinestone on her nail. Never going there. read more

The app says no appointment needed but when I walked in that's the first thing they ask. They were saying they were busy but the people in the back didn't have anything just talking about last night. Well I wish them luck because I know I won't be coming back hope no one else has this experience. read more

Optic Gallery Sahara - The store - Eyewear & Opticians Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I am very pleased with the service I received from Dr Smith and her staff. Everyone there was very friendly and made it easy for me to feel very relax from the first visit to the 5th . It has been over 2 years since I had used contact lenses and I remembered why I stopped. The experience I had from my old Optometrist was very unsettling. It seemed very rushed; as I remembered, I stop using them 3 months after I got them since I was getting blur vision and was told this is normal. However, I finally got fitted with new contacts and it only took THREE try and guess what. No blur vision or that irritating/annoying sting I use to get. What I love most is how patient Dr Smith was and how she worked with me until I was very comfortable with my new contacts. Honestly, I have no reason to go anywhere else for my eye exam and the best part is that she has earned my family's yearly eye exam. I highly recommend others to use OPTIC GALLERY. read more

Quick, friendly and helpful! I recommend them to everyone. Great selection of eyewear and contact lenses.

Dr. Kelly and her crew took all the time necessary to make sure that I had a GREAT experience with this whole ordeal. I would like to say that I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Kelly and the fact that she asked me not once but four times if there were any questions that I had for her! read more

After years using same formula for my contacts lenses have to make an appointment for a new one because my eyes changes. Did my research online and call about 20 different optical offices. Vanessa at Optic Gallery was the only one to offer and talk to me about a trial pair before make decisions about my new bifocal lenses. This and the reasonable price they offer move me to make and appointment. Glad I did because when I went to the location on Decatur found a nice attention from the girls on the desk and no waiting time for my schedule appointment. After this Dr.Kelli really take care about every aspect of my concerns to clear any questions and explanations about my eyes situation. By the other side I got a great price in comparison with the service I received here and the other different optical business which I call before and not only were more expensive but they talk to me about money. What a pleasant service and great deal with this Optic Gallery keeping on mind I don't have insurance. I Higltly recommend. Jaime read more
