SO MUCH FUN! The staff was welcoming and personable. Everything was very high energy. We did Gold Rush and had so much fun that we did The Heist immediately after. We escaped both with only seconds to go! Super impressed with the rooms and the thoughtful placement of clues and items. Great activity for teams or couples. I can't recommend it enough. Just go...now!

Team work!

It was so much fun, we really saw kids trying their hardest. Lee was super helpful. I love seeing the teamwork

We had a ton of fun at The Escape Game inside Grapevine Mills Mall. "The Playground" was very fun and enjoyable. We were combined with another group, and it was very fun to work together and divide and conquer. Our game keeper, Nick, was excellent. The hints were very well written and well paced. The only struggle was one person in our group is colorblind, and this game depended on colors. But he was able to still enjoy it.

Supposed to open at 8am. Almost an hour late to even open the store.

The escape room itself is a very healthy challenge. You get to go through multiple rooms searching for clues and piecing everything together to ultimately save Texas!! I really enjoyed the puzzles as did the others in my party. You also get a radio to talk to your Game Master for clues in case you get stuck. Again, Sarah was great in giving us helpful hints that didn't give the entire puzzle away. We completed the puzzle with 5min left on the clock. Very fun, healthy challenge, and a cool experience with friends. Would highly recommend an experience here! :) PROS: - very helpful and informative Game Masters - clues are helpful but do not give the puzzles away - the rooms are multi-layered and have plenty of challenging and fun puzzles - lots of open parking out front. CONS: - none so far! :)

However, we were unable to due to several circumstances. Both Samantha and Emily, two game masters working on this night at 8:40PM were confrontational, showed a lack of customer service, and the lowest form of professionalism, all while violating their own company policies. Due to traffic from the Sam Rayburn tollway, the group attending the escape room with me fell behind by 10 minutes. Upon entering we were told that the previous group had been waiting for nearly 15 minutes and had now entered the room. **Policy States** There is a 15 minute grace period before the game or booking is cancelled. However, from their explanations, the other patrons had already been allowed in the room for 10 minutes, verifying that no such grace period was given. It also meant that the group should have been informed of the 15 minute wait period and that at a minimum the game should have not started until 8:45. Our group also did not receive a courtesy call to check on our status. Instead we were told that we could only reschedule for a later date. The game masters were not only argumentative, but told us specifically "I have to go start a game," and left our group in the front in the least professional manner. I have attached a copy of the policy provided to us and will be escalating this incident to higher management for this location and any others associated with it. I am sorely disappointed in this particular room and I have completed several of these throughout the metroplex and outside of the state. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION.

The 90 min pass is a good amount of time to feel like you've gotten your fill. We attempted every challenge at least once in that time! Labyrinth is part of a whole activity complex with axe-throwing, trampolines, and obstacle courses as well. You enter the Airborne Trampoline Park and ask for Labyrinth passes at the front desk. I liked that the rooms were a mix between physical and mental tasks, but definitely preferred the physically-focused ones. The mental puzzles were sometimes confusing because you walk in blind with no instructions or hints (you can ask for hints from the employees though). I will say, I saw the all-kids groups breeze through many of those rooms while adult groups (including mine) took many tries. Maybe the challenges just required a certain creativity to solve. I will say for germaphobes, it's a high-touch activity and you can see that wear and tear on the objects, so I'd bring hand sanitizer.

I do want to say the initial check in was good. I had a bag I should have taken home and they held it safe up front for me. Very appreciated. The rough... The location boasts "42" mini escape rooms, most are 2-4 connected rooms with a task to get to the next room. With one task to get through and no real objective or clues, it can be frustrating figuring it out. The rooms are broken or worn out. 4 initial rooms could not be entered, holding back access to 2-3 more rooms each. Anything that required touching showed its age with wear. Some rooms required crawling with worn out floors that hurt to crawl on. The place is connected to a trampoline park, we had random young kids running around Labyrinth area unsupervised. The potential.... We were able to get through 2 areas completely! The obstacle course to get through a volcano was fun! The Asylum area was great as well. But so many rooms we were just clueless as to the clues. I am not the world's best escape room person, but I've completed dozens. Hard tasks are good, nearly impossible to figure out tasks are rough, racially with broken down interactions. When this place was new, I bet it was great. For $60 total we were entertained for two hours well enough, but I can't really recommend this place with all the broken and worn down interactions. The place needs a revamp and it could be unique and great!

This was actually fun. Like, people were genuinely into it, competitive in a good way, and laughing the whole time. What really makes the experience is the host and assistant. They absolutely commit to the bit and make it feel like you're on a real game show. That energy is everything, and they nailed it. The whole concept only works if they sell it and they 100% delivered. The session ran right at an hour, which felt perfect. No dragging, no awkward downtime just a clean, high-energy experience start to finish. Only heads up: drink options are pretty limited, and definitely grab everything you want before going into the game room. They say you can step out, but once things get going, there's really no natural break to do that. Overall, easy 5/5. Would absolutely do this again especially for group events.
