After a ghost tour Saturday night I came here with some friends and soooo glad they stay open a little later. There wasn't hardly anyone and plenty of room at the bar seating area. The bar tender girl was so awesome and friendly and so was I think it was her manager he was super cool. We were all so excited to try out their fancy wings because we heard such great things about this place. We'll let me just tell you.... I 10000% agree the wings here are BOMB AF!!!! Ok so they have fancy names this isn't your typical wing stop or BWW or wing daddy's ok people!!! The creativity and skills the chefs put into these wings are above and beyond. So I got the street taco flavor wings and YES THEY DO TASTES like street tacos. The mango habanero ones KILLED MY TASTE BUDS.... So if you like FLAMING HOT those are you're go to wings. The peanut butter and jelly ones sounds sketchy but the manager brought us 3 wings to try out and OMG we were sold... they sound gross but no lie they are soooooo good!!! I have been meaning to come here for some time. It has a bar vibe but has a menu that is family friendly. The service was pretty quick. We ordered the cucumbers and also the Buffalo mozzarella sticks. Both were great. I got 6 street taco style wings and the Cesar salad with brisket. The wings were cooked well but I didn't like the toppings very much. The salad was good. We finished with a fried Twinkie. I hate twinkies but this was soooo good. Pros: Excellent plant based wings (6 per order for 10.99) and sauce / flavor choices. Garlic Parm and Buffalo sauces were excellent. Crispy thin cut fries and good cuts of celery and carrots. The green chile Mac and cheese looked good. They also have Cauliflower wings. Another fun thing are the fried ding dongs and twinkies for dessert. Cons: No refills allowed on sodas or teas. Very small containers for wing sauce ($1.50) and ranch sauce charge of $.80) for a fallow of ranch. Place is small and not a lot of seats. Have a small outdoor patio in the back. I have tried several wing places in the area & TEPWF is by far my favorite. Their wing flavors are unique & absolutely delicious. We tried the cilantro lime & peanut butter & jelly wings. They were both tasty but I would order the PB&J time & time again. Another member of our party ordered boneless Buffalo wings. He commented that they had good flavor but did have a "bit of kick to them". Their wings do come with quite a bit of sauce so make sure to order some fries as to not waste any delicious bit. I unfortunately did not order fries & regretted that decision. We also split the Meg burger. Holy yum! Splitting it in half was a mistake because it made it extra messy but more so because I only got half of the burger. It was that good. We chose to sit on the back patio because it was a nice night & the fact that they are dog friendly on the patio. I was surprised to see how much room they had back there. Plenty of tables for outdoor seating & turf between the tables. They had a few yard games off to the side but we didn't have a chance to try them out. I am looking forward to trying those on a later date. Our server was friendly & attentive. We never felt like we had to flag her down. I asked about a drink I saw on their Instagram but didn't see on the menu, she wasn't familiar with it & could have simply told me no. Unfortunately, my experience here was okay. After hearing all the rave about El Paso Wing Factory, I was really looking forward to trying this location out. Wings: For being marketed as a wing establishment, these wings were some of the smallest wings I had ever eaten. There was hardly any meat on these chicken bones! I did think they had some awesome flavor combinations, my favorite being the PB&J and the 82nd Airborne Wings. However, I was extremely disappointed in the Cajun dry rub flavor they had. There was absolutely no flavor on the dry rub except straight up Cajun powder, no salt or pepper. I am not a picky eater, but I could not finish these. We came off peak time (around 2pm ish) and the music was extremely loud. We had to ask our waiter multiple times to lower the music. We had to send our silverware back because they were all dirty, which was unfortunate. I do hope to try this place one more time, just because it is so highly raved. On our drive from Phoenix to Fort Worth we stopped in El Paseo. My wife had a taste for wings so to YELP I went. After scrolling for a brief moment, I happened upon this spot. When we walked in, the server and bartender were both very pleasant, both greeting us as we walked in. There was a full bar inside and outside seating. We opted to sit outside as the weather was nice.I ordered the Meg burger and my wife got hot wings. The hot wings came with sprinkles of red pepper flakes which my wife didn't like but it was no problem the server took them and brought back a red pepper free batch. And they were amazing my wife likes extra crispy wings (fried hard) and she said they were perfect! I had the burger and it was delisous it even had a wing on top! The patty was seasoned to perfection and it hit the spot I couldn'teat it all so i put half in a togo box. Surprisingly good, but honestly not sure if I'd order them again. Definitely worth trying once though! Mango Habenero- not too hot, excellent flavor Cajun dry rub- slightly spicy and oh so good! 82nd Airborne- this was a favorite for some of my kids. Personally, I thought the sauce was a little too sweet Cilantro Lime- oh my heavens- this was divine!!!! I think this made it towards the top for everyone. Once I get through the menu, I will definitely come back around to this one!! Garlic parmesan- if you like buttery, garlicky goodness, then these are for you. I stopped by this place last week for the first while visiting family in town, and had a great experience. My brother was raving that these were the best wings in EP and they definitely did not disappoint. We looked for a place to get a late night dinner after "ice" skating at winter fest downtown and this was a couple miles out and still open at 1030PM on Saturday. The wings were great and fairly priced. An order of 12 was 15$ and we got to choose two flavors. We opted for Garlic Parmesan and Buffalo. The garlic parm wings were of the dry rub type and we loved it. The Buffalo was great too as they usually are. They weren't messy to eat. We also got the chicken and waffles and it was a an awesome dish as well. The presentation was amazing and it came with the usual powdered sugar, whipped cream, syrup, as well as this decadent strawberry sauce I enjoyed very much. The chicken was crispy and there was bacon on top to compliment this dish. Not bad for 12$ We also got the loaded fries appetizer and it had a kick to it. Those chili peppers don't mess around. Service is good, drinks are ok. But for a place that is centered around wings it falls desperately short. The bone in wings might as well be from a hummingbird, there's so little meat. And whatever godawful chemical concoction the boneless wings are made from is more akin to a nugget from McDonalds. This was a spot we had been wanting to try for awhile. It was recommended to us by some friends of ours and we had passed this place several times remarking how cool it looked from the outside. So, finally it was time to stop and give it a try. Right off the bat we were hit with a warm welcome from the entire staff. They have some picnic-style seating with a few outdoor games to keep you entertained while you wait. Our party ordered the 18 wings 3 different flavors: buffalo, lemon pepper, and cajun. The wings were perfectly cooked and had a nice crisp to them. I'm not a fan of soggy wings at all. Perfectly sauced or seasoned, these wings were on point. The cajun were a bit spicier than the buffalo, but nothing that anyone couldn't handle. I shared a queso burger with my wife, but I could have easily ate the whole thing, it was that good. Just need to eat it quick as the queso can make it soggy if you wait. My daughter ordered a buffalo chicken salad, which she didn't like because they use spring mix for the salad, but this is my review, and I like spring mix so I enjoyed sampling her salad. We also ordered the large basket of fries. These shoestring-style fries were very good and seasoned well. Our server is what put this place in the 5-star category. If anyone dares to say that El Paso is not a "foodie place" shut them up with this post. I'm still here eating the shoestring fries but I'm so excited I have to write about it. I think this is the best thing I've eaten since I've been to El Paso. I don't even like chicken and sweet food but this Chicken and Waffle combination at the El Paso Wing Factory somehow just works. Why? I think it's because each dang ingredient is individually delicious. Combined? It's a mouthgasm. -Hand battered breaded chicken perfectly fried, not greasy and juicy. -A crispy and spongy waffle. -Crispy and candied bacon. Layer it together, add some buttery molasses and this amazing Raspberry Habanero sauce (not too sweet, not too spicy-so good I had to order fries to not waste the sauce) and you have the best thing I've eaten here as a "foodie". I appreciate this so much. Just come down and try it out for yourself. Music is loud, eclectic, and fun to sing along. The servers are beyond nice and welcoming, heck even the regulars say hi and are sweet. The parking is a bit weird, but you can do drive thru as well. The wings are 4 stars, after all they are the wing factory... -- BUT-- In my opinion their cheese sticks are bit over priced for 5 sticks (actually a lot over priced), although I appreciate they weren't a greasy mess, I don't think I'd pay $7.99 again - I said what I said. Their beer could be colder my cider was not crisp because of the lack thereof, maybe a hiccup but they should look into it. Cold beer is a must when you have beer on tap. Parking can be tricky based on location but not impossible and also there's no parking meters which is a plus. Also they have a patio which is really cute. This is the place to go on a hot sunny day that a/c is working perfectly. Great service nice ambiance and a great meal. My lunch partner and I shared a 12 piece wings and fries. I had one of the best coconut teas I've ever had free refills always a plus. The wings are big and they're certainly different. I got the street taco wings they're seasoned with taco seasoning but that's not all they're topped with pico de Gallo and chunks of pineapple they were good lacking a little seasoning of salt and I prefer crispy wings but they definitely didn't disappoint. My friend got the buffalo wings and yes they're buffalo but they've also got chili flakes added to them and they were spicy! Huge basket of shoe string fries and we rolled out of there. My husband and I came here on a Saturday and it wasn't very full. We ordered the street taco wings, Buffalo, and lemon pepper. We also ordered the loaded fries and West Texas Tripleta burger. Service was a little slow for being empty and it took more than 1 hour to get our food. Our waitress did do an excellent job of apologizing to us and was truly an advocate for the restaurant, comping our meal and telling us to give them a chance to try their food. My husband and I never had to complain for her to do this which I think deserves credit. To the owner - you have an excellent waitress for her to care about your business. First cauliflower wings I eat at a restaurant that I like a lot. The sauce was so good I ended up using it as dip for my fries. It wasn't spicy even though they were buffalo. Service was one of the best with our waiter being really friendly and helpful. The outside patio is what got me, though. Lights and wood tables just made the South Western sunsets even more cozy and memorable. The parking is not the best here since it's very small. You'll probably end up parking somewhere else and having to walk it but it's nothing once you get to taste their food. Great place to come and chill with some friends or family. The music never got loud to have to yell to talk to each other which I appreciate that in a place. They have this tv outside where they play movies and I assume sports when they're taking place. Fans are located outside above most tables to cool down the summer heat and make it more enjoyable. If you're looking for some good burgers, wings and more I fully recommend this place. Today I expanded the worse service in my life. Not only was I discriminated against, I was given attitude and banned for not liking an entree. After work I was asked to try this place with a friend. We decided to try it out dispute some of us not really feeling it. Buut my friend hyped it up saying " it's slightly pricey but really good ". We all agreed to go, mind you NONE OF US BESIDES THE FRIEND WHO SUFFUSED THIS PLACE. Have been here before. we get to location, walk in and everything looks nice. Decor is nice and simple kind is offer red show military travel vibe. we get the menus and you know we're looking around. we got some drinks and the drinks tasted great. The appetizers are great as well. I wasn't sure what to order so my friend suggested between the two that I was deciding on. She suggested that I, get the turkey burger. Saying it's one of her favs, it's really good & one of the most popular items on the menu. Everything is going fine food comes out. Everything looks good the wings look right. I get my burger and I cut it and half.. it does not look like turkey it looks like ribbed some sort of imitation. I told my friend this and I showed her. She looked shocked, saying" it didn't look like that when she had it"... I stated maybe it tasted better than it looked. I love food & I'm open minded. I took ONE BITE & immediately stopped eating. It was like I was literally biting into some kind of hard rubber chew thing. It tasted like nothing and didn't feel right. And asks " what the issue was" I stated that I didn't like the burger and she asked why, I responded with I just didn't like it. (Mind you it's obvious I didn't like it they asingle bite missing. I also don't think it was a big deal) this woman pressed the issue stating " we'll it's one of our best sellers. what did you not like about it exactly, we'd like the feedback." Now I'm feeling pressed but I responded stating " it tasted like hard cardboard or rubber. It didn't taste like turkey, I eat it everyday. It tasted like nothing I didn't like it." her response was to tell me.." well, what do you wanna do about it?" I said " idk can y'all do? Idk your policy" she said I could pick something off equal value so I did no big deal. I chose a buffalo salad it was the only thing same price. I had to say it 3 times because the cook kept saying sandwich. After that I said thank and we continued with out conversation when they left. My friends mentioned that the manager was being pushy and that the vibe was rude and just off. I agreed but we just kept eating trying to brush it off. My salad came out. Yum! They serve mostly wings and a few burgers/sandwiches. The wings are where its at which is good given it's in the name. We got buffalo (house made sauce is a little different than traditional but very good), garlic Parm, and lemon pepper. Was not a huge fan of it but it's not terrible either. - The boneless wings are very dry and we selected the 82 nd airborne flavor, street taco flavor, cilantro lime. All the wings are wet, drenched in sauce making the wings very soggy. The 82nd airborne is extremely sweet and didn't have good flavor. The street taco flavor had a weird flavor. It had guacamole and egg plant but unsure why it has sweetness to it and the combination is not the greatest. Last but not least, the cilantro lime. It felt like wings with cilantro leaves on top, lime on the bottom and just plain chicken. Wouldn't recommend them at all. - The loaded fries are greasy and soggy which basically tasted like mashed potatoes. - wouldn't recommend them one bit. read more
