Clean and quick paced. Sat down and served immediately. Our server Johanna was great, knew when to pop up and check on us if we needed anything. I grabbed the BLT sandwich which comes with eggs but I got them on the side to give to the hubs. Its a good size sandwich that I could just barley finish. Not one of those tiny sandwiches you would see at most breakfast places. The cubed potatoes tasted like any other place you would grab them so nothing special there. The hubs got the corned beef breakfast plate and said it was really good. Im not usually a corn beef person but I also thought it was pretty good. Sweet tea was good as well, not sickening sweet, just right.

Cheese steak

I ordered a cheese steak with fries and buffalo cauliflower. The cheese steak meat was tender. The flavor was good, and I'd get it again. The buffalo cauliflower were a little on the spicy side, but they were good to. They come with ranch. The customer service was good and the restaurant was clean. There's plenty of parking out front. They can get crowded at times. But I like what I've had there so far. Check them out. ( I forgot to take pics, so the food is almost gone at this point)

This is my second review but my third time visiting this restaurant and I have no complaints. The food was amazing and the service was great! A great brunch spot!

We had a great experience at Egg Bistro! A helpful tip for anyone visiting: make sure to arrive with enough time to check in, because it gets very busy. After checking in, you'll wait in your car and receive a text message when your table is ready, which actually makes the wait much more comfortable. Even with how packed the restaurant was, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Our server Hannah was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient, making sure we were taken care of the entire time without making us feel rushed. The food was delicious , fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly despite the crowd. It's clear they value both quality and efficiency. We were able to enjoy our meal and still be in and out in no time. The ambience is lively and energetic, which can feel a bit overwhelming at times because of how busy it gets, but it also shows how popular the place is. If you don't mind a bustling environment, it's a great spot for breakfast or brunch. Overall, excellent food, great service, and a well-organized system for handling the rush. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Egg Bistro for breakfast or brunch!

The customer service from the hostess to the waitress was good. Expect to wait about 20-30 minutes for groups or 2 or more on the weekend. The food was amazing. The French toast was soft yet the edges were not soggy. The coffee tasted good and you get free refills. My friend ordered the mimosa flight and said it was good. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, however the food did not take long to come out. Everyone seemed happy. It's a nice size restaurant.

Excellent service, Jay was an amazing in explaining the specialties drinks. I love the special crush Apple cider spice drink that he recommended. The egg white veggie omelette was so delicious.

I love coming here whenever I'm in the mood for breakfast or brunch. This has been one of the most consistent restaurants I've dined at over the years when it comes to quality food, great service, and a welcoming vibe. The Half Cinnamon Swirl French Toast was absolutely perfect. Soft, sweet, and full of warm cinnamon flavor. I've tried a few of their CYO Omelets, and every single one has been flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Whether I keep it simple or go all out, the quality is always there. The Meat Lovers Omelet is a standout. Hearty, well-balanced, packed with flavor and easily one of the best I've had. The Belgian Waffle was slightly crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Exactly how a waffle should be, absolutely delicious. The cubed hash browns are decent, and the biscuit is always served warm, soft, and buttery. My go-to drink is a Hot Latte with white chocolate mocha and caramel macchiato. It's always made to perfection; smooth, rich, and consistently delicious. The prices are fair, and the portions are more than satisfying. I also love the cool art and vibrant atmosphere. It adds to the overall experience. The service is always excellent , friendly and attentive every time. Overall, this place never disappoints and remains one of my favorite breakfast spots.

From out of state just Visiting my daughter picked this place to dine and we were not disappointed. The food, drinks, and service were superb. What a great place to experience just Wish there was one back home in Ohio. When we come to visit we know where to go for our breakfast spot. The menu has vegetarian and gluten free options as well.

I was in need of breakfast. I was seated in a booth and I had ordered my coffee. The menu has a lot of chooses. I ordered the folded eggs, chicken and biscuit with the sausage gravy on the side. The sandwich was delicious and the hash brown was good. When my meal arrived it was nice and hot. The waitress was timely. Most of the seating was taken and the atmosphere was pleasant.

What a nice little gem! Needed breakfast badly! The food was pretty top notch and it seemed fairly busy. Our waitress was super nice and gave us a run down of the menu items and specials. Everything felt really clean and fresh. Would def come back to sample some of their other items.

In town for college volleyball game and were looking for a breakfast spot. Hit the jackpot with the Egg Bistro. Had about a 15 minutes wait to be seated, but it was absolutely worth it. Adorable diner like restaurant with bright colors and murals of Virginia Beach. Our server, Trish, was so down to earth, took the time to go over the specials and answer any questions. Our coffee mug was never empty and the coffee was incredibly delicious. I got the crab cake eggs Benedict as Trish recommended and it was phenomenal. My husband got the meat lovers omelette and he loved it. The grits were totally on point. Will absolutely come to the Egg Bistro next time we are in town.

REAL Cornbeef !!!! Breakfast was Delicious

I recently moved to the VA. Beach area and I've been on the hunt during my Doordashing for my new "goto" spots. I've picked up and delivered 2x and both times this establishment was brimming with activity, so I decided, I needed to pay a visit. The Egg Bistro has definitely made the cut!!! I asked the waiter Jay, if he would encourage the cook to put his whole foot in my corned beef hash, let me tell you something, that cook broke off a leg with the foot attached!!! The fresh corned beef first passed the test because it wasn't canned, and second because it was cooked with onion and served like someone in the kitchen cared!!! Jay gave impeccably impressive service, I'm hoping he becomes a manager sometime soon because his customer service skills and attention to detail were on point. He is a bright addition to the bright warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. Reasonable pricing, the food is excellent and the service even better!! EGG BISTRO I WILL BE BACK!!!

Ask the Community - The Egg Bistro

Hi. I see there's a Peanut Butter Coffee in the pictures here. I don't see it on the menu. I asked for it yesterday, I was told it might be at another location. I haven't seen it on either of the menus. Is this an actual option to order or no?

Such a great variety. Fresh fruit of all kinds, french toast, waffles and chicken, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage , scrabbled eggs, quiche, house potatoes, deviled eggs, and a charcuterie board . On the sweet side they had mini cinnamon rolls, danish, brownies, cookies and cupcakes with the galentine theme. Tickets must be purchased ahead of time either in person or over the phone. It is a cozy, comfy space to dine and have drinks in a relaxed classy beautifully decorated establishment. The interior design emanates speakeasy. Every detail of design was carefully curated with the utmost intention. Staff was fantastic. Even though it was a brunch buffet, staff were attentive, friendly and frequently checked on all tables to address any needs or questions. The lovely staff were genuinely happy to take photos for us without any prompting. The flow of the buffet was perfect, and the food presentation was delightfully charming! There was a photo back drop available and the decor was so festive, and classy yet simple. The decor wasn't over the top , it was just the right amount of decorations to add pizzazz and celebrate with festive spirit. We all had a very enjoyable time celebrating Galentine's day! It was a wonderful event in an equally wonderful space. The music was on point, as well as the volume level. It was loud enough to enjoy the music, yet low enough that you could hold a conversation without screaming to hear each other. It was very peaceful and even if you don't choose a booth, the tables on the opposite side of the bar do provide some privacy due to the small partitions. The variety of food offered was just right (not overwhelmingly too many options and not too little options) and the food was tasty. It was an excellent first impression that left me excited to await what other fun events they will hold in the future.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was perfect. We were seated in a booth near the live band, and it created such a fun, relaxing vibe. The dim lighting gave the restaurant a cozy, intimate feel that was perfect for a night out and really added to the overall ambiance. Before our entrées arrived, we couldn't stop eating the focaccia. It was warm, fresh, and so flavorful that we immediately wished there had been more. We also ordered the beef kebabs with chimichurri sauce, and they were incredible. The beef was tender, and the bright, herb-filled chimichurri brought everything together perfectly. Honestly, I could have used another serving of both the bread and the sauce! By the time our main courses arrived, we were already pleasantly full, but that didn't stop us from enjoying every bite. My husband is a creature of habit--ever since our first date, he usually orders the same or very similar dishes. The only reason he branches out is because I love cooking and introducing him to new flavors, or he'll happily steal a bite from my plate when we go out. This time, he ordered the steak with mashed potatoes, and it was cooked beautifully. The steak was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the creamy mashed potatoes. Between the delicious food, the live music, and the inviting atmosphere, this restaurant made my birthday celebration even more memorable. It's the kind of place that's perfect for a special occasion or a romantic date night, and I'd gladly come back again.

I walked in on 12/3/25 with excitement and anticipation. Boujiee is a tiny place - they could easily be mistaken for a simple bar. Their interior, though, looks modern, organized and clean. Plus, it's well-lit, so it definitely doesn't have that dark look and feel of a bar. Upon entry, a server quickly greeted me and told me I could sit anywhere. She was kind and helpful, and immediately knew it was my first visit. When I confirmed that notion, she proceeded to give me a rundown of the entire menu. She didn't have to do that, but I felt like ordering everything afterwards because everything sounded amazing, haha. I settled on a soda (which they sell in bottles), a couple of bottled beers, the Dougie Fair Dog and Corned Beef Fries. Boujiee's glizzys are meals - each item on their menu is full of ingredients and toppings. Normally, I can devour 2 hot dogs in a single sitting, but at Boujiee you better be hungry to finish off 2 or more. The Dougie Fair includes spicy Polish sausage, grilled peppers, onions, melted cheddar and mustard, all on a hoagie bun. Dougie had some kick, so it wasn't super spicy, but I definitely enjoyed this item. I also had the Corned Beef Fries (crinkle fries, corned beef hash, cheddar, fried egg) which was as hearty as it was delicious. I was barely able to finish them both, but they were so good I almost had to. Based on this visit alone, Boujiee Dogs is a five-star food spot. Along with the impeccable service, this may become a part of my food spot rotation. I look forward to many future visits. Thank you, Boujiee Dogs! JV
