My first time trying one was in Vegas and oh how it bought me back to life for my daughter's wedding. It's easy to book an appointment on line, but you can also walk in. I always book an appointment just in case. It's clean, they offer drinks and snacks while you hydrate and that's a plus for me. I love a good snack and a protein one of nuts that they offer, yes please. The nurses are so nice and gentle, never had a bad experience here. The front desk lady always smiles and has all the answers to your questions. All in all get value for your buck to stay hydrated if you were out drinking the night before or just a bariatric patient needed some extra fluids.

I think both times I have gotten the Ak Thunderfunk. They have also remodeled since we been here last. They no longer have the private room that we used last to it is now their reception desk. They added some sort of salt room you can go into for an extra $25 while you get your IV. There might be another separate room to sit, not sure. The ivs are speedy, about $180-$250+. So be prepared to spend. I recommend making a reservation so you don't have to wait. We walked in at 11:50 ish and didn't get hooked up til around 12:30.

My friend and I went to work out with our own plan of action, 15 minutes cardio on the treadmill warm up, 45 weights, 15 minutes cool down. There is a spacious ladies locker room. What really makes this space special is the lighting and ample space to shower and get ready for work. Two women were getting their hair and makeup ready for work, with counters and mirrors set up for an HIIT class to get ready afterward easily. Advertised at the gym separate fees were tanning sessions. The gym had showers, sauna and cold plunge areas in the ladies locker room. In my time here in Wasilla I'm hoping to return as much as possible. There were so many machines I was unfamiliar with, I was able to complete my workout at 9 in a clean, elegant facility. I'd love to work with a trainer here. My next trip, I'm going to look into just that. The interior is all black with thin white lights floating high above, so you can focus on your tasks mentally while working out. A very nice facility. As a member my friend logged into her app, which generates a digital key to open the door for the gym. I'm happy to have enjoyed my workout here.
