This has become an important part of my wellness routine, and I truly notice a difference. I have chronic severe asthma, allergies, and immune system issues, and the IV vitamin infusions in particular have been incredibly supportive for me. I've built this into my annual budget and use my FSA account to cover one IV vitamin infusion a month, plus my subscription to the salt room, because I know it supports my body in a meaningful way. To use an FSA or HSA, you do need a letter of medical necessity from your doctor stating that additional vitamins are beneficial. In Alaska, this is usually pretty easy to obtain due to common vitamin D deficiency. I also recommend watching for their seasonal promotions, like the annual PFD sale, where you can get a Denali pack at a reduced price. Over time, this has become something I rely on--especially during flu and allergy seasons. I know I am more resilient, less run down, and I've had fewer sick days since staying consistent with it. Occasionally, I'll add an extra saline infusion (about $25) after the vitamin infusion for added hydration and a gentle reset. Overall, it's been a really supportive part of my health routine, and I'm glad I found it. Plus, they have snacks! read more

First time ever having an infusion. Brought my dad, too. Got upsold on more, which is fine. I said, "Why not?" :-) So after spending hundreds of dollars on both of us, we left. Here is the odd part that I find disheartening: Not a single follow up call or text. Not even a "Do you want to schedule again?" I know the workers don't own the business, so they have little vested interest in return clients, but it was such a simple gesture that got missed. I am on their email list, which reminded me of them (and to write a review). But not a single other piece of personal communication beyond that email. Sadly, I felt no noticeable difference after the treatment. Maybe I needed a series of treatments. But that discussion never happened either. read more

After having weight loss surgery it's easy to get dehydrated. I was so happy to find that we had a IV bar in Anchorage. My first time trying one was in Vegas and oh how it bought me back to life for my daughter's wedding. It's easy to book an appointment on line, but you can also walk in. I always book an appointment just in case. It's clean, they offer drinks and snacks while you hydrate and that's a plus for me. I love a good snack and a protein one of nuts that they offer, yes please. The nurses are so nice and gentle, never had a bad experience here. The front desk lady always smiles and has all the answers to your questions. All in all get value for your buck to stay hydrated if you were out drinking the night before or just a bariatric patient needed some extra fluids. read more

Hydrate Alaska - IV Hydration Near Me - Anchorage, Alaska

Second time coming here. We like to do it before we go on vacation, seems like a good idea. :) They have a variety of IV treatments with vitamin C, B12, zinc, and many other things. I think both times I have gotten the Ak Thunderfunk. They have also remodeled since we been here last. They no longer have the private room that we used last to it is now their reception desk. They added some sort of salt room you can go into for an extra $25 while you get your IV. There might be another separate room to sit, not sure. The ivs are speedy, about $180-$250+. So be prepared to spend. I recommend making a reservation so you don't have to wait. We walked in at 11:50 ish and didn't get hooked up til around 12:30. read more

This placed was Amazing! Ok so I had surgery and was recommended to come to this place after if I needed to rehydrate. Never needed to but it was the first place on my mind before going on vacation. It was great to go in and get all hydrated up and extra vitamins and nutrients. We are about to go on a cruise that we booked pre-Covid and finally get to go. Wanted to make sure that we were in good health and started at least on the right hydration levels. Because who knows what happens on this cruise thing! there may be some drinking and lots of amazing fun times! Staff was amazing! I felt safe and well taken care of. They informed us of what was going to happen. It was nice to know that they are all are all trained professionals. Staff was friendly and welcoming. We would come back just because of that! Honestly seem like great people we would want to become friends with. Typically when you get an IV your in a hospital the place is not set up like that to make you feel on edge. It feels like they have welcomed you into there home and your just getting to sit back and relax while getting an IV. They have a wide selection of what you can get get in an IV, also they offer shots. My wife got an IV and she did great she hates needles and all that stuff but she said she would do it again. They have IVs for everything including migraines so we will be back just to check that out. I got an In and a shot. Both have made me feel better in the last few days. we are going on vacation and I might come back right when we get back because I know i might need it. Thanks again! this was way better then I expected! read more

Well this was definitely a much needed pit stop after a month long of no stop traveling. Felt really groggy and dehydrated so decided to come in and get the Pink drink special for the month of May. This has vitamin c, b12, magnesium, and zinc. This bag does wonders on boosting your energy levels for the week! This bag was much needed to help me kick off Cinco de Mayo and the long work week. The staff here at the anchorage is very knowledgeable and friendly. It's always a great time stoping by and having a catching up with the staff here at Hydrate AK! Hydrate Alaska - IV Hydration Near Me - Anchorage, Alaska

This is only the second time I've done an IV hydration therapy and both were for hangovers and this was my first time at Hydrate Alaska. They were super nice and helpful, explaining the different meds and additives, and finding a combo that worked for me. The staff are so very nice and helpful and the lounge area is clean, bright, and spacious. I felt like I walked into a bougie, fancy clinic in a posh city. There were eight electric recliners in the main area and looked like they had private rooms, too. I liked how you could add a regular bag of saline after your primary drip -- which is what I did ($175 total for two saline bags -- one had meds and vitamins). A few hours later, I definitely feel better than when I woke up in the morning. I still feel a bit off with a slight headache but I bet I would have still felt AWFUL if I didn't do anything! I say this definitely helped! read more

Super friendly staff, the CNAs and nurses! Really comfy recliners with charging ports and super chill atmosphere! This is my second visit here and I'll definitely be returning to get the much needed fluids and vitamins I know we all lack from time to time! Big shout out to the nurses for putting up with me and my squeamishness with needles, made it seem like they weren't even there lol and a huge shout out to Justina up front with all the knowledgeable insight and help with finding the perfect cocktail! read more

Hydrate Alaska - Just some of the great thing's Hydrate Alaska offers!!!! - IV Hydration Near Me - Anchorage, Alaska

I come to Hydrate AK for Normatec Compressions, since it's 1 of 2 places in all anchorage that provides them. The staff at hydrate is beyond friendly and completely accommodating! But outside the amazing staff, not much to rave about. I have not once seen chairs, blankets or pillows be wiped down or even sprayed in between passing people. Seems like they should while handling IV's during the pandemic. Currently, had a complete misunderstanding of how compression membership was handled since we were not told all of the billing/autopay process, not quite sure front desk knew you tell us. For over a week I called a few times to ask when Normatec would be back in clinic, since it was still "at fair" we were told. The fair had already ended. Again the staff was completely amazing and said a manager would call. Then I specifically asked for manager to call. No call. Then when I came in there must have been notes, front desk said owner Amanda was noted to call me back. Clearly the management & owner do not prioritize their customers. Finally as I arrive in person, I get the actual rundown of how the membership works (again such sweet staff) receive compressions... there's a crack in the connections. Which puts it out of order. Honestly what a mess. read more

I've been here 3 times now and the staff is always super helpful, sweet and knowledgeable. They even accommodated my mother in law by creating a "spa-like" environment for her appointment so it didn't remind her of taking her late brother to his chemo appointments. I leave my infusions feeling refreshed and energized, and have been getting better sleep. Highly recommended! read more

I have been here twice now, I love the friendly staff and ambiance. Love this place always clean and professional I've started doing the treatments and feel a difference

I was worn out, dehydrated and feeling so miserable from food poisoning I knew I had to do something besides drink Gatorade and eat otter pops. I am so impressed with this place. They are so professional and friendly. I even started to feel better before I left. Even with being so dehydrated, she found the right spot. The next morning, only slight symptoms remained, but those something an iv wouldn't fix anyway. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I am telling everyone I know about you guys. read more
