You would think they would mentioned that I needed a covid test prior to coming in. I mentioned that they should please consider what it takes to take time off to see a doctor (and I live remotely, so an hour to drive) but was dismissed and said to comeback when I had my covid test completed. Needless to say I will not be making a another appointment here ever.

Also the staff girls are awesome and very friendly. When they drew blood, they didn't just poke around but tried to keep us as comfortable as possible. The medical professionals are caring and considerate of our needs/wants for our care. Julie has been a great doctor for us and Pediatrician for our kids. We have enjoyed our visits when we have them. No office is perfect, there will always be things that happen, but Hillside has been very professional when dealing with miscommunications or billing issues. After making an appointment for teléfono and explaining that we would also need referrals for an allergist while booking a physical appointment we set up an appointment to teledoc the referral prior to a physical visit. At the appointed time they just didn't call so we reached out and were informed they would not be seeing us for teledoc without a physical in person visit first. All of this explained ahead of time at the time of booking the appointment. If you are like us living in rural Alaska this clinic is not for you, in Anchorage living your best life they are probably just fine. We will find a good GP somewhere else. They don't start by pushing medications but rather approach your treatment with a more holistic approach. They start with procedures that are targeted to treat your symptoms. Then they work to get you into physical therapy, massage therapy, etc. to help target the issues that are causing the pain. In terms of employment I would highly recommend this office. The providers are great to work with and they enjoy teaching their staff new things as they believe that the more everyone knows the better the office will run. I would definitely agree! Having people cross trained allows for information to get to the patients more easily as anyone can answer their questions. The work environment is great. I really enjoyed my time working with Dr. Olamikan and think he was a great boss. The patients themselves were so kind and I miss so many of the regulars now that I have moved.
