So, 5 minutes and $265 for him to tell me that. I naively went to his esthetician and purchase only a few of the Obagi products (the esthetician said my own cleanser and moisturizer were fine), and the total for PART of the line was over $500! Had I gone here first, I could have gotten the entire line for a little less than $200, which is still expensive, but at least not ungodly so. So mad at what a rip off the other doctor's office was! But now you know - if you use Obagi, come here - Dr. Biehl has the best prices in town, and has a frequent buyer program, where after 5 purchases you get 10% off your next purchase, and after 10 purchases, you get 25% off your next purchase. He also offers many other services and does a great job at explaining things and making your feel comfortable. He, his wife, and his staff are all super nice, and I feel like part of the family there. They do a great job of educating you, as well as enrolling you in the products rewards programs, so you always get the most you can possibly get for your money. My older sister Danielle who's a serial prescription drug seeker maxes out on such strong meds here at Sara's after stealing my medicine bottles fr the trash. She sees Sara and completely manipulates her and its so sad. You think you had a great Dr who cares and one day you go to see her and everything was so horrible and not how it was. I was judged and treated like I mattered not at all. During my times of need this year was treated awful and abused by her nasty rude husband who's mean,negative cynical and unprofessional he never does what he says and he lies and gossips about everyone and its awful. Just be careful here they were once my primary care physicians and now they are too busy to care about how I almost died this month and lost my baby I was treated less than cared about the few times I needed Sara's help she hid behind her busy schedule and she sees so many ppl she's got no time to remember any of us or care. She overpresribes my sister who stole and steals my meds all the time and runs through her loads of pills she manipulates Sara into prescribing her when if she knew anything she'd know that Danielle's on several do not prescribe anything list she's a major abuser. Today was disappointing... not so much about the level of care but based on when I called originally a few weeks ago to see if they treat a specific condition, I was told they do and have a few patients. Well, it turns out in less than 10 minutes, I'm told by the doctor that nothing can be done for me. That was extremely disappointing, it wasted money, a couple hours of my day to take time off work, drive into town and so on. It would be much better for the staff to know that something specific can't be treated rather than waste time for all parties, money and dash hope. As for everything else, check-in was prompt and I was taken back shortly after my scheduled appointment. The young man asking me questions didn't understand what I was being seen for and admittedly said he didn't know what to ask me. I didn't take offense, it's fairly rare. The doctor came in quickly, we spoke for a few minutes, mostly telling me things I already knew and unfortunately he told me there was nothing that could be done and I made my way to check out. I imagine their care is perfectly acceptable, as my previous ENT recommended I contact them, but as I said... it ended up being disappointing all around.
