I walked into my first appointment feeling so overwhelmed and I left feeling like a complete idiot, only because I had not gone in to see her sooner. I felt silly for being so overwhelmed, not because she minimized my problems, but because she made me feel like I could finally start managing them. She's incredible. I've been through so many different health care providers, and she is one of a kind. She truly listens to you, she truly cares, and if you have any health concerns she's going to get to the bottom of it, almost as though she takes it on as a personal challenge and will not be defeated. She is your biggest champion and advocate. If she can't sleep, she goes down rabbit holes reading about how to solve problems for her patients. She does that shit in her free time, and it shows. She's absolutely brilliant, kind, and going to the doctor has never been more of a delight. I have now been a patient of hers for almost two years, and she has absolutely turned my life around for the better. Her husband and co owner is also wonderful, and together they make quite the dynamic duo. She's a busy woman with lots of patients, children of her own, etc., but if you need her, she will absolutely make the time for you, and that is a quality unfortunately uncommon in the healthcare industry. I didn't mind waiting a little while in the exam room once it was apparent that's how this clinic works. I appreciate that the staff takes their time with each patient. I went to a health fair a couple of weeks ago and one of the stands was a free massage by this…read morecompany. I sat in the chair and got a free rub up and put my name in a drawing for a free massage and my name was picked (Holla!). I made an appointment with the masseuse that was at the fair and extended the massage by a half hour. First time here, so I was impressed by what I saw. There was a physical therapy room with a bunch of workout stuff The check-in area, though small, was clean and had fresh fruit and water. Receptionist was nice and affable. I do not remember golden hand's name but it started with a "Ch". He works here and at the Hotel Captain Cook. I think I will visit here or there again because it was the best massage I've ever had. After I went home I felt high, like ya-know, and really good. Lots of water that evening. So, what is it that I liked about this place? It has a bit of everything, and all the staff seemed professional and courteous. I filled out a questionnaire and discussed body stuff with a clinician before I got the massage. After the massage I was on my way out and I was met by the masseuse with a glass of water. The visit from beginning to end was great and I would recommend. If I needed physical therapy I think I would be happy to come here for help.
