But bedside manner is pretty good, and we really appreciate the ability to call starting at 8am for same-day appointments, including Saturdays! Also, the waiting area is pleasant to sit in, with things for little ones as well as tv and magazines to help take your mind off the problem at hand for a few minutes. It gets harder and harder these days to find a solid doctoring team, but I think these guys have it figured out with making availability not to crazy difficult.

I booked an appointment and was told to arrive early to fill out paperwork. When I arrived the office was completely void of people, parking lot empty, and the door was locked. I found out that they were on lunch. Huge red flag right there, what kind of office doesn't stagger lunches so they are open for patients as much as possible? My office visit was terrible, when I explained symptoms my "doctor" wasn't even looking at me and paying attention. I had blood taken for some labs and its been well over a month with no results and no communication. I was told that I could interact with my doctor via the app they wanted me to download. I found out that was a lie....a random person from the staff acted as a middle man between me and my "doctor". I missed a follow up appointment that was booked an astronomical amount of time out with no notifications or reminders and am being charged $85 for a no show. I am going to fight that as hard as I possibly can. So I get stood up at their door, pay for bloodwork with no results, and then get charged for missing a follow up appointment that they reccommended after requesting a referral. I'm glad I missed that appointment because it would have been fruitless. Please take your medical needs to an establishment that cares about you, not how deep your pockets are. Also the staff girls are awesome and very friendly. When they drew blood, they didn't just poke around but tried to keep us as comfortable as possible. You would think they would mentioned that I needed a covid test prior to coming in. I mentioned that they should please consider what it takes to take time off to see a doctor (and I live remotely, so an hour to drive) but was dismissed and said to comeback when I had my covid test completed. My older sister Danielle who's a serial prescription drug seeker maxes out on such strong meds here at Sara's after stealing my medicine bottles fr the trash. She sees Sara and completely manipulates her and its so sad. You think you had a great Dr who cares and one day you go to see her and everything was so horrible and not how it was. I was judged and treated like I mattered not at all. During my times of need this year was treated awful and abused by her nasty rude husband who's mean,negative cynical and unprofessional he never does what he says and he lies and gossips about everyone and its awful. Just be careful here they were once my primary care physicians and now they are too busy to care about how I almost died this month and lost my baby I was treated less than cared about the few times I needed Sara's help she hid behind her busy schedule and she sees so many ppl she's got no time to remember any of us or care. They're located in the AK Regional medical buildings. They have a lovely facility, clean, bright and friendly. Their office staff is quite nice and we enjoyed friendly conversation with them. The doctor's had a great sense of humor, which we both thoroughly enjoyed! We've been there a couple times and for the most part, felt taken care if. The annual physical was very different from what we have been use to over the years. That may just be a change in the time and a way that doctors differ in their care?! Bedside manner was excellent from everyone... medical assistants and doctors! Lab work was done in-house, the day of the appointment rather than in advance and results discussed... neither of us cared for this method, but we were informed we can do them earlier in the future. They're fairly quick to return calls and they utilize a web based portal to get messages and lab results to you, which is nice. Overall... I'd definitely recommend them for your everyday family practitioner needs!

They often didn't fully listen, assuming they knew what I would say and not really hearing me or addressing my concerns. Then they started charging for questions or follow up communication through the portal - that was the final straw. They made the excuse that "other places are doing that too" and "you probably didn't realize since it was in the fine print on a form we had you sign." I'll take my business elsewhere.
