After a bad experience at another electrolysis place in town I reached out to Nataliya. She was very thorough with her questions and explanation of everything on my first consult. I've been going through the process of electrolysis with her for 6 months now. I have a lot of hair growth due to PCOS causing a hormonal imbalance, and it has caused me embarrassment and made me self conscious for years.
